Just caught this on Fox. He has a hit song out about dancing with his little girl. He's one of my favorite singers - did the song for The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. Please pray for this wonderful family.

Like, *PING*, ladies and gentlemen.
Don't know if you ladies are into contemporary Christian music, but it *is* typically pro-family.
Prayers up for him, and his family, even though I think his music is trite.

Heavenly Father, wrap this family in the Mantle of Your Love, for only You can reach the depths of the agony of their souls. Have mercy, Lord ... have mercy, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ ... Amen ...

I can’t even imagine. Isn’t she adopted? I know that’s a big ministry for Stephen. Prayers for the whole family.

The little girl died of her injuries.
This family needs prayers indeed.

I believe she was the youngest of the three little girls Steven & Mary Beth adopted. What a terrible tragedy.

I do listen to contemporary Christian music, a lot and I agree that some of it is trite. But I have listened to his new release Cinderella a couple of times because I have a 7 year old granddaughter who just recently told me that “grandma, I am so over princesses.” But she was sure into them at the age of 5, just like this little girl must have been and that song captures the magic of a daddy dancing with his little girl. I’m sure that they will be playing it today on the radio and I’m going to have to pull over in the car and cry.

I don’t know if I’ve ever heard this guy’s music.
What a terrible terrible thing to happen.
The brother will carry a heavy burden the rest of his life.
I hope the little girl didn’t suffer long.

Prayers up for him.
He is a pioneer of sorts in contemporary Christian music and has been around for a while. He is the genuine article. He has made some good stuff. I saw him last winter at a Winter Jam concert and his sons were in his band and they put on a great show.
