I think the only thing that Bush could have added to his speech to make it more effective would have been a Power Point slide of Chamberlain getting off of the plane from his return visit with Hitler waving a piece of paper and stating that he had”visited with Chancellor Hitler and he signed the document in his hand which ensured “peace in our time”. I think that photo slide would have been absolutely fantastic...

The shoe fit perfectly and Bush has been talking about appeasers since he took office. Obama insists its all about him to get his face all over the news. He had full contol of the press for a few days because he manufactured an attack on himself. Note that McCain was unable to do the same. Bush didn’t do anything but say what is true and as usual Dems were all over it with lies.
