I got the chops and beer down.
Now that Potato salad... eludes me

Its like regular tater salad but it hasundefined herbs in it and its hot.

The cool of taters with hot spice and herbs on top.

I only had it once. an ol lady in Killen TX made it it was wonderful

I think its a thing thats off the map.

This woman had a restaurant but this wasn’t on the menu.

She made it as a home cooked meal. A comida.
