I’m responsible enough at work.. Ought to be allowed a little irresponsibility when I’m off.

We got some rain here this afternoon and evening. Enough to take the dust off the truck, but not all the bug splatters from last week’s trip!

Last night was really a rough ride.
Disturbed my composure and that rarely happens.. I couldn’t go to sleep despite a hot soak in the tub, melatonin and sleepy time tea..
I’m pretty good at not taking work home with me but it caught me.
Couldn’t wait to see if the little elderly man survived the night.. He did..

Hmmmmm.....I think just enough rain to take the dirt off would be a good start. Good luck with the bugs. Ick!

Some people have an ear for languages. I’m not one of them.
If it’s not Southern English.. I have problems..

I can usually pick up a word or 2 or 3, but I have no knack for languages at all either.

Ah, that’s good. Really good.
I hear a little of that from Piper’s dad. He sometimes gets to double as the suicide hotline at the University. I’m fairly sure I couldn’t do that.

Then I heard the word Mojehad what doeas that mean? I don't know that word; maybe it's someone's name? It's not "Mojahed," is it? If so, that's Iranian (Persian.) Or it might be Kurdish...they have a lot of Farsi mixed in their language.
Now you've got me curious...I wonder if I'll be able to pick it up locally in Baghdad?
