JERRY SEEPER WROTE ABOUT THE "SERIOUS PROBLEM" HERE
I spoke with Professor Martin Gross after his 1994 book was published - THE GREAT WHITEWATER FIASCO. This chapter in his book tells the story of Hillary's involvement in keeping open an insolvent S & L. She was up to her eyeballs in this. This is why the billing records had to be hidden. Perhaps this is why Vince's office had to be raided on the the night he died.
(Sorry this is a little messy and a little lengthy.)

This woman should have been indicted.
Again, nonsense. The reality is that the letter from the Arkansas Securities Department granting approval for the speculative refinancing was addressed not to the Rose Law Firm, but simply: "Dear Hillary."

From the text...
It was a unique plan to raise capital by selling preferred stock in the failing corporation. Doesn't this "plan" rise to at least the level of an ENRON?
Doug, as always, YOU DA MAN!

Now if someone can just find the equivalent for the Keating Five before the convention... The "Keating Five" is over. I guess that you will be happy that Barr thinks he should run this year.

Just wait until you learn about Hillary and Refco...the largest bankruptcy (Bigger Than Enron!) in the U.S., yet the news media refused to cover it (though a tiny bit of Refco’s cattle futures profits to Hillary made a news blurb once or twice).

Nope. Unless I decide that I like the Constitution Party candidate, Janice Rogers Brown gets my vote.
