I’d be ok with it. But, still, I prefer J.C.Watts.

Michael Steele would be a horrible pick for VP on a McCain ticket.

McCain and Steel and John Danforth and Christie Todd Whitman, among others, are part of the "Its my party too" movement to liberalize the Republican Party.

John McCain has not had trouble with Conservatives by accident, he dislikes us.

Steele and Ridge and Whitman and McCain are a very dangerous group of people who intend to marginalize the religious right and the Conservative branches of the Republican Party.

I wrote to the DNC three days ago urging that Steele be McC’s running mate. He has a lot of plusses, in addition to his innate ability to neutralize one of the DimRat’s favorite tools, the race card.

You wrote to the DNC to explain all of this instead of writing to the RNC?

Mark Sanford is the best VP choice for McCain, IMHO, but I still think that McCain will pick Charlie Crist for VP.

Barney Frank may just switch parties if that occurs.

That’s truly about the only way to get a Republican Congressperson in Massachusetts: If the incumbent Democrat truly decides to switch parties and officially become a Republican instead (only to lose in the next election to a Democrat=no Republicans are allowed in Massachusetts to take political office at the federal level). Massachusetts socialistic politics coming to the entire U.S. very soon!

"It may cost him the election if (R) America stays home. "

As it stands now, CONSERVATIVE America will stay home in Nov., or maybe write in a Hunter or Thompson or Perot or themselves, but McCain is not inspiring conservatives, ACCORDING TO PLAN! He is poking us in the eye still, and going after a segment called Reagan Democrats, and Independents, and screw the conservatives. He will regret it, as we also will be sorry we ever heard the name mccain. Pelosi, reid, and the nut job from Iran will celebrate together with the American muslim president.

Michael Steele is one of the few veep choices I wholeheartedly endorse. Romney gives me the shivers.

"His inability to speak candidly about the actions, the records and the character of Hillary of Obama are a good indication of how weak he will be against a democrat congress or foreign despots. "

I agree completely. He is even unwilling to use the alleged Rev. Wright in his campaign. He is a total pussy in dealing with the dimmacrats, and terrorists.
