He should be permanently detained and confined in a six foot deep dirt bath.

At least the facilities at Gitmo are new! Leavenworth would be in worse shape than the barracks highlighted on YouTube last week. :P

Additional information has been posted in the article:
DUBAI, May 9 (Reuters) - In an hour-long audio tape issued last month, Muhajir called for renewed attacks on American troops.
He urged militants from the Sunni Islamist group to “celebrate” the recent announcement that the number of U.S. troops killed in Iraq had passed 4,000.
“We must celebrate this event in our special way, and make the defeated Bush join us in this celebration,” he said.
He called on al Qaeda fighters to provide “a head of an American as a present to the trickster Bush” in a month-long campaign that he called the “Attack of Righteousness”.

"Al Qaeda in Iraq shares a name and ideology if not organisational ties with Osama bin Laden's network...."
Oh, no "operational link"? We've heard that BS before, it obviously is meaningless.

I prefer a nail-studded board, myself. I don’t even really want any information, I just want to test how tough the board is.

Wait, wait, wait a minute!! This can’t be true. Are we sure this is legal???
The democrats already surrendered. I don’t think the democrats are going to find this to have been a legal arrest. No doubt, there will be a congressional investigation and this poor man will be released right away.
God bless our Troops......
and damn the democrats to hell.

Yes, that was a happy day. It was late morning in Baghdad and an eruption of cheers came from a group of Iraqis around the TV in the lobby of the building where I was working at the time.
I went out of my office to investigate and they were all hugging and dancing and the crowd around the TV kept geting bigger.
When they told me what all the celebration was about, I was ecstatic. Soon, the lobby was packed with Iraqis and Americans hugging, high-fiving and cheering.
People kept smiles on their faces for a few days after that. :)
