A Mike update from his wife, Anita. Time for redoubling of prayers....

Hi Freepers, I would like to thank everybody who has kept Mike in their prayers, and have sent him email. We have felt God’s love in our lives. It has helped Mike to heal and ready himself for surgery and it has made us a stronger family. May God Bless all of you.

Mike’s wife Anita

Mike’s surgery is Monday at 7:45 am. He’s feeling pretty good this week so the prayers have helped.

Kathy, We are here in Jerusalem, for now. My wife’s Father has taken a turn for the worst with his heart. Now they are saying that there is nothing that they can do and they are going to send him to Hospice. My wife is leaving early to care for him, so please pray that he remains lucid and that she can get there in time.

May Your hand of protection be over every aspect of his surgery ... let nothing of harm come near him or his medical team. Give sureness to his surgeon and swift recovery to Mike and absolute calm and ease to his waiting family. Raise him up, O Lord, that he might tell of Your mighty works, to the Glory and Honor of Your Name. Amen ...
