He is just so empty...I listen and listen and it is all just words...there is no substance. But then most voters are at a 6th grade level in rational thought and education.

It is a cartel but not a monopoly mainly because they do not want some of the other countries to join.

Agreed, even worse is that through lots of practice Hillary is coming off as acceptable to those who are not at the FR level. Stop and think about it without the training, info, knowledge that we get from here, Hillary almost looked acceptable on the BOR interview.

Those of us who are politically astute know however that the Hillary you see on tv is the antithesis of who she really is in real life, once again thanks to Dick Morris.

Good luck with the By-Pass! I had a double myself, in 1988.

Great point!

Say anything to get elected. Then, it’s too late.

The Magic Negro is going to take 150 billion dollars to create magic sources of energy.

Plunk your magic twanger, froggie.

Here comes a climate change question. Don’t we need nuclear power. Obama says we do have to look at it, but we have to find places to store the waste, blah, blah, blah.

I can only assume that Hillary’s people are listening to this MTP interview and just fuming. It’s the “rehab Obama” hour.

Sorry about that!

Listening to Obama, I drifted, fell asleep. Head hit the keyboard.

Heard Obama say "global warming is serious, it is real." [Maybe he can get Newt to be his Secretary of the Great Global Warming Hoax Department.]

Phsstpok, You are Definitely missed. The Sunday guests have not been very scintillating, so this is a good time for you to be taking a break from our company, but please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Anytime you confront a lib/dem with facts rather than emotional rants which is all they have, they cave, scowl, cry, or create an alternative universe as hillary does so often.

It's all they have and sadly, few see through it.

What is really killing them on energy is countries like the far left France that now gets 80% of their power from nukes and have joined forces with England to create a huge nuke selling company that will use our knowledge and forethought to sell cheap energy worldwide.

Ahhh UHHH of course the RSM(rat stream media) won't be chatting too much about that.

I think it is more against the government and Gordon Brown than Ken himself. I think it is only a matter of time before the Labour Party ask Brown to go. I do not expect a General Election though because at present I do not think Labour would win. This no doubt will cause further complaints and unrest in the country saying we have yet another Prime Minister without the chance to say whether or not we still want this government in power.

I think the support for the Conservative Party is more an anti Brown and anti present government than a real sea change but I could be wrong and even if they replace Brown the Conservative lead may continue to grow but maybe not through idilogy of Conservative policies but through discontent and distrust of this government and wishing to get a vote to change them. Brown miscalculated when he was ahead in the opinion polls and decided not to go to the country because of a few polls that indicated it might not be an automatic re-election ever since this Labour numbers have fallen and continued to fall.

The election of Boris I believe is statement by the people of London that they have had enough and any serious candidate (one they feel has a chance of winning) they will vote for apart from one from the Labour Party. I personally believe if Ken had run as an independent he may well have been re-elected.

Obama: Iran has been the biggest beneficiary of our entry into Iraq. We are distracted from the real battle front which is Afghanistan.

We have to force the Iraqis to come to decisions. If we pull out of Iraq we will be in a better position to deal with Iran. LOL. He’s going to tell them that they just have to stop developing nuclear weapons and all we need are direct talks.

OMG.

His deductive reasoning seems to be:

Iran got stronger because we went to Iraq.
Therefore, if we get out of Iraq, Iran will get weaker!

Jeez, what a smart man!

MTP

Obama: The way to deal with Iran is to “send them a clear message.”

[Does that include a wagging finger?]
