We are all lucky to be born here. I have always been proud
to be an American but the very first time we went overseas
I really realized how lucky we were. And every subsequent
trip after that just reinforced that feeling. That is
another reason that I am sickened and disgusted by the
America haters. We must not allow them to win.

I’m sitting here drinking a cup of coffee, chatting with friends across the country on my wonderful laptop in a house that is now entirely wireless, thanks to the phone company and its new fiber optic installations in my neighborhood, at a cost of half what the cable company was charging me.
I have plenty to eat and it’s a lovely Sunday morning with the sun shining and the breeze coming in the window.
Where is this horrible country they are talking about?
CNN has truly become even more of a joke than they already were.
That won't happen. The Democrats will ride Obama down to the gates of Hades rather than risk offending the biggest "victim" group in their circus of victimology.
This is kind of good, if you have a minute to spare watching it.
But try as I might, it sure is hard for me to forgive what the Democrats keep doing.

I think what he was looking for was for her to get close, yet not win.
Knowing what he knows about how the CCF (clinton crime family) reacts to losing you can bet they would introduce a little chaos of their own when bama gets the nod.(continuing rush's operation chaos all the way to Nov.) I don't see the rat party coming together like the deaniacks would like, not with the bill/hill gang that we know.
and I do think it is a little bit late for her to come back especially if she loses NC and I think she will have a narrow loss there.
The problem for the clintons is not that they could not steal the election, they probably could, but that the payback would be more than they could stand and one or both well might wind up in the slammer.
The rat party has thrown the blacks under the bus so often that if they let hill/bill steal this one it could have severe repercussions.
I think bill and hill are slick enough to recognize that and will support McCain, under cover of darkness, in hopes she can get back in in four years.

Did you notice how Obama managed to classify City of Chicago “shift workers” as VICTIMS. By Lying. By saying they couldn’t afford mortgages etc. anymore. I’m telling you fellow FREEPERs, this Obama guy graduated from the “Rev. Wright” school of leadership. He has followed black leadership tactics for years and is now ready to use the successful “VICTIM” strategy on other races. By election time this guy will have almost everyone in this country believing that they are a VICTIM of everything that has gone before them. When each debate is over, every American will feel that he/she is a VICTIM and that Obama knows this and feels their pain and Obama will “fix” everything. LISTEN when he speaks; he does not always use the word “VICTIM” (as he did not do in the “shift worker” statement), but he sends the message. Senator McCain and the RNC, Rush!!!!, here is your “heads up”, this what you will have to counter - the almost universal “VICTIM”-IZATION OF AMERICANS.

Not heard that one myself and certainly in my area response is normally only a few minutes but what is true that if you go in by ambulance you go further up the queue and can in most cases save about an hour wait. So I can see if from what you have said it is a minor problem and only really getting ambulance because you have no other way of getting to the hospital then I can see delay in responding. This again is a problem in this day and age with many local hospitals not having A and E facilities you could have to go 10 - 40 miles to the hospital and if you do not have transport or anyone to take you then for something fairly minor you could be forced to use an ambulance so I would say this is one of the factors in the figures quoted. Again this puts extra cost on the service so in one way saved money closing A & E (ER) at local hospital cost money in transport and then the following day if kept in transferring you back to your local hospital.

The extra what we now expect we should be grateful that our parents and grandparents worked hard to provide us with the wherewithal to get it whether it be by inheritance or ensuring we got a good education to get a job to provide it.
Many people expect to get everything immediately whereas our parents took years to put a household together youngsters today expect to have all the mod cons and new house when they first get married or more likely move in together.
