Fairfax, VA-The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act proved the basis for today’s dismissal of a lawsuit by the City of New York against the American firearms industry. This lawsuit by the City of New York and Mayor Michael Bloomberg sought to hold manufacturers responsible for the criminal misuse of firearms.

“Today’s dismissal of this bogus lawsuit against America’s firearm industry is an important victory,” declared Chris W. Cox, executive director for the National Rifle Association (NRA). “New York City’s lawsuit was a politically motivated attack by an anti-gun mayor to bankrupt a lawful industry.”

These law suits were one of the main reasons I hated Clinton and now Democrats in general. They dreamed up the scheme of trying to sue to get their political will throught the use of friendly liberal Judges. It made me mad and sick. I will NEVER forgive or forget how devious they are. This type of political prosecution is plain evil.

Oh, CRAP!

I so wanted them to win, to set precedennt & clear the way for me to file citizen RICO cases against GM, Ford, Chrysler, Mitsubishi, etc, because criminals have unlawfully used vehicles in the comission of crimes agains me, mine, and my community!

And against tool manufacturers over the criminal misuse of tools, when an engine was stolen from a vehicle parked in my carport.

And let’s not forget Stihl, Husqvarna, Echo, Poulon, and other chainsaw manufacturers who produce those evil items used by timber rustlers.

Bloomberg, Giuliani, Schumer, Clinton: Go to hell. We won.

The problem is that there are no consequences to the aforementioned filth for losing. Taxpayer money was used to fund this assault on our rights, but private resources had to be used to defend against it. The freedom hating filth have really lost nothing - no money, no prestige, and not even any time, since they were swilling at the public trough the whole time. It's not like they actually have to work for a living like most of us. The only time that this will stop is if there are real consequences to them if they take these actions. Ie a personal jugement against Bloomturd. Jail time fo conspiracy to violate federal firerms laws, or condign second amendment action.

The anti-gunners believe that a society where only their beloved police and their hated military are armed is paradise on earth. This is not a rational belief, but rather an article of the liberal faith, a faith that worships government power instead of God.

The antigunners can never be appeased. Every compromise is just a "good starting point" for their next assault on our freedom. They never rest. They cannot be persuaded by logic because their hatred of freedom is not based in logic. They cannot be moved by someone else's love of freedom, because they hate freedom for anyone except government apparatchicks. They have no sympathy for someone trying to protect themselves or their family from criminals, because criminals and police are a necessary part of their worldview.

They will never stop until either

  1. their goal of a totally disarmed and enslaved America is achieved, and the ordinary citizenry consists of defenseless serfs
  2. we who love freedom and know we have the right to defend ourselves are killed by their beloved police
  3. they and their minions are killed
Those are the only possible outcomes. You can guess which one I vote for.
