NEW YORK (Reuters) - A U.S. federal appeals court on Wednesday dismissed a lawsuit filed by New York City against gun makers and suppliers the city targeted in a bid to stop the flow of illegal weapons.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the city's claims against the manufacturers and wholesale sellers of firearms, saying a federal law granted them immunity.

The decision overturns a lower court ruling.

But, all these gun gabbers need is for a DimocRAT to win the White House and change the complextion of the Supreme Court and this ruling will be for naught.

WITHOUT bitterness...until the next money wasting, anti-Constitutional gets dreamed up.

Bloombutt’s little stings are a felony here in Virginia. Our Atty Gen’l (hopefully next Gov) sent hizzoner a cease & desist order about a year ago. If he or his agents pull any more of those shenanigans here they’re going to jail, and we don’t have parole here either.

Yeah, I read about that letter. What cheeses me off though is that Bloomie gets a WRITTEN WARNING for a clear violation of federal firearms laws. He should be out on parole, facing a possible prison sentence.

Now think about all the time and money spent by NYC on this case that could have been put to use prosecuting actual criminals. What a waste!

HE definitely suffers from the short man’s syndrome.

Now that I think of it - NYC has some ugly mayors ...amd the one next in line is the ugliest of all.
He really takes the cake.

You can taste the Liberal bias in the words "stop the flow of illegal weapons." There are no "illegal weapons"; read the Second Amendment!

As for this ruling, how long until San Fran Nan's House holds hearings on repealing the federal law that barred this case? Can't let a little thing like the Constitution get in the way of our benevolent, and all knowing, government protecting us from ourselves. Because, as I'm sure you all know, We The People are just too stupid to be allowed to take care of ourselves.

Great news, I don’t believe there are too many more of these lawsuits pending, I think DC has one.
