We're not out of touch, damnit! No matter what John McCain thinks of conservatives or the North Carolina Republican Party. We put out whatever we want since, by McCain's lights, we're as maverick as him. We owe him no obligation to remain on the reservation.

How anybody in their right mind can support a socialist like McCain who goes after his own party while essentially defending a socialist from the socialist Democrat party is astounding.

This is what so bleedin’ annoying about McCain. He just blindly accepted the premise put to him by the Failed Media. Never once even thought to crame the lie back in the face of the DNC stoodge pretending to be a “Journalist”.

THERE IS NOTHING AT ALL WRONG with the Ad Senator. Grow a spine! Quit kissing the Drive Bys butt!

It is foolish to run anti-Obama ads in a PRIMARY. It won’t help the Republicans, it will help Hillary. I think Rush’s narcicissm as developed into full blown megalomania. He wants so bad for Operation Chaos to be successful that he doesn’t care if Hillary gets elected. Make no mistake, if Hillary were to win NC, she would be the nominee and we will have a Clinton/Obama ticket to compete against.

John McCain does not understand the Republican Party. He is out of touch.

McCain is an embarrassment. He gives me the creeps.

Lets see, Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush, Dole, Bush junior, no I’d have to say I have never been embarrassed of my party’s candidate. I haven’t always been thrilled about the guy at the top, but I’ve never been embarrassed when I went to pull the lever at the polls.

This is going to be a first.

If Senator McCain is campaigning not as a Republican or conservative, but as a "maverick" and "independent," with license to criticize his own party so as to impress Democrats and the media; then why shouldn't we behave the same way?

Why not indeed.

"This is what so bleedin’ annoying about McCain."

McCain has a long, long established track record of this sort of thing. I tried many times to give him the benefit of the doubt, only to have him sell out my beliefs and convictions time and again.

I've found that McCain hasn't spit in my face since I decided to turn my back to him.

How anybody in their right mind can support a socialist like McCain who goes after his own party while essentially defending a socialist from the socialist Democrat party is astounding.

What's astounding is that 70%+ of freepers are willing to vote for McCain, and just last week were all charged up over having the chance to vote against Obama or Hillary...because 'at least McCain loves his country'.

McCain will say something tough tomorrow and they'll all be back on the reservation again...or Obama will say something and they'll be back on the reservation again...unprincipled drama queens all of them.

McCain is thoroughly convinced we can be frightened into voting for him. He really is.

I wrote him, you should do it too. Only if he hears from the BASE, will McCain even get some idea how much discombobulaton there is in his own Party over his stomping on Republicans instead of liberal Dems.

It is NORTH CAROLINA’S ADD AND THEY CAN FREAKING RUN IT ALL THEY WANT. Rush didn’t order it or pay for it.

Ain’t nobody’s business but their own.

McCain is going to drive me to vote for the OFFICIAL democrat. He must be getting senile, acting like he is in preschool. This has to be one of the worst elections in American History.

socialist versus marxist versus nutjob, and who can tell which is which?

A maverick is much more like a donkey than an elephant. If McCain put his glasses on he might be surprised to see a donky staring back in the mirror.

I say that Limbaugh, Hannity and the rest of the *real* Republicans, should put together a national online primary, and ignore the party apparatchik that are supporting McCain, and see who we come up with as a candidate...and if he has real support, start raising money for him. and start a write in candidate drive, including detailed and graphic instructions on how to write that candidate in, on thwe ballots, come voting day.

This is no more difficult or revolutionay than it was to start online fundraising, and could be just as successful.

Screw McCain, the Backstabbing Lib.

It's not an anti-Barry Hussien Obama ad. It's an anti-Bev Perdue and an anti-Richard Moore add. Rush isn't the narcissist or the megalomaniac, McCain is.

The point of Operation: Chaos is to destroy the Democrat Party. If McCain can't win against Hillary alone, or Obama alone or both together, maybe he doesn't deserve to win?

I don't think McCain can win if he keeps attacking his base. I'm not voting for him. I love my country more than I like inane slogans about why I should vote for John McCain.
