It goes without saying that climate realists around the world believe Nobel Laureate Al Gore used false information throughout his schlockumentary "An Inconvenient Truth" in order to generate global warming hysteria.
On Friday, it was revealed by ABC News that one of the famous shots of supposed Antarctic ice shelves in the film was actually a computer-generated image from the 2004 science fiction blockbuster "The Day After Tomorrow."

Ben Stein? Are you referring to his movie "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed?" If you are, I am befuddled. That movie challenges the idea that Darwinism is absolute and God had nothing to do with creation. Unless you are atheist, I am not sure how Ben Stein falls into your list...
The "documentary" has used tactics similar to Michael Moore's, including having staged events and questioning under false pretense.
Its a shame no one wants to simply stick to the facts. What is considered acceptable simply depends on what "side" you are on I guess...
However, in Ben Stein's “Expelled” he lies about Richard Steinberg being fired from the Smithsonian and uses and during a speech in the film uses an audience of actors and invited plants while claiming that the audience is made up of students at the college.
So yes, Ben Stein's Expelled is a work of fiction, just like Al Gore's film as well as Michael Moore's.
The movie poster shows a “clockwise” rotation of the steam. Hurricanes are low pressure centers and have a “counter-clockwise” rotation in the Northern Hemisphere. That is all I needed to see to infer the substance of the movie.
Yes, I understand that quite well. I believe the point Ben Stein was trying to make was not that evolution is false, just that it is not independent of the theory of Creation.
I am assuming you have seen the movie then, correct?

Algore is a fraud in so many ways. This shouldn’t surprise anybody.
Global warming, the internet, his college education, his carbon footprint in his McMansion..... All lies.
And now that you buy into Ben Stein's movie, will you also buy into Ben Stein's politics and donate money to Al Frankin?
Well, we can all hope that Gore ends up as polar bear scat, like the idiot in Alaska who was eaten by grizzlies.
Actually, I think this is where AL GORE got his ideas for his movie.

Al Gore justified his right to lie to us in a May/2006 Interview with David Roberts.

There's a lot of debate right now over the best way to communicate about global warming and get people motivated. Do you scare people or give them hope? What's the right mix?
Al Gore's response:
I think the answer to that depends on where your audience's head is. In the United States of America, unfortunately we still live in a bubble of unreality. And the Category 5 denial is an enormous obstacle to any discussion of solutions. Nobody is interested in solutions if they don't think there's a problem. Given that starting point, I believe it is appropriate to have an over-representation of factual presentations on how dangerous it is, as a predicate for opening up the audience to listen to what the solutions are, and how hopeful it is that we are going to solve this crisis.

ABC must be that media the libs are always saying is all corporate controlled and all right wing, all the time. Sure ain’t Fox, from where I’m sitting.
