PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT AGAINST ISLAM

A Proposed Constitutional Amendment

(Note the need for this Amendment at the end)

Background and justification to Amendment 28 (self-defense/survival measure)

Whereas; Religion is defined as an institution dedicated to improving social conscience and promoting individual and societal spiritual growth in a way that is harmless to others not participating in or practicing the same;

Whereas; the United States of America was founded on the ideals of individual rights, including the individual right to practice one’s religion of choice, or no religion, and that there would be no compulsion of religion, nor state sanctioned religion, nor a 'religious test' for participation in the body politic;

Whereas; Islam includes a complete political and social structure, encompassed by its religious law, Sharia, that supercedes any civil law and that Islam mandates that no secular or democratic institutions are to be superior to Islamic law;

Whereas; Islam preaches that it and it alone is the true religion and that Islam will dominate the world and supplant all other religions and democratic institutions;

Whereas; Saudi Arabia , the spiritual home of Islam does not permit the practice of any other religion on its soil and even 'moderate' Muslims states such as Turkey and Malaysia actively suppress other religions;

Whereas; Islam includes as its basic tenant the spread of the faith by any and all means necessary, including violent conquest of non-believers, and demands of its followers that they implement violent jihad (holy war) against those un-willing to convert or submit to Islam, including by deception and subversion of existing institutions;

Whereas; on 9/11/2001 19 Muslim hijackers acting in the name of Islam killed 3,000 Americans, and numerous other acts of terrorism have been directed at the American people around the world;

Whereas; representatives of Islam around the world including Osama Bin Laden (architect of 9/11), the government of Iran including Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, HAMAS, Hezbollah, and other Islamic groups have declared jihad (war) on America, and regularly declare that America should cease to exist;

Whereas; there is no organized Islamic opposition to violent proponents of Islam;

Therefore: Islam is not a religion, but a political ideology more akin to Fascism and totally in opposition to the ideals of freedom as described in the United States Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights.

Be it resolved that the following Amendment to the Constitution be adopted:

Article I

The social/political/ideological system known around the world as Islam is not recognized in the United States as a religion. The practice of Islam is therefore not protected under the 1st Amendment as to freedom of religion and speech.

Article II

As representatives of Islam around the world have declared war, and committed acts of war, against the United States and its democratic allies around the world, Islam is hereby declared an enemy of the United States and its practice within the United States is now prohibited.

Article III

Immediately upon passage of this Amendment all Mosques, schools and Muslim places of worship and religious training are to be closed, converted to other uses, or destroyed. Proceeds from sales of such properties may be distributed to congregations of said places but full disclosure of all proceeds shall be made to an appropriate agency as determined by Congress.

No compensation is to be offered by Federal or State agencies for losses on such properties however Federal funding is to be available for the demolishing of said structures if other disposition cannot be made.

The preaching of Islam in Mosques, Schools, and other venues is prohibited. The subject of Islam may be taught in a post high school academic environment provided that instruction include discussion of Islam’s history of violence, conquest, and its ongoing war on democratic and other non-Islamic values.

The preaching or advocating of Islamic ideals of world domination, destruction of America and democratic institutions, jihad against Judaism, Christianity and other religions, and advocating the implementation of Sharia law shall in all cases be punishable by fines, imprisonment, deportation, and death as proscribed by Congress.

Violent expressions of these and other Muslim goals, or the material support of those both in the United States and around the world who seek to advance these Islamic goals shall be punishable by death. Muslims will be denied the opportunity to immigrate to the United States .

Article IV

Nothing in this amendment shall be construed as authorizing the discrimination against, of violence upon, nor repudiation of the individual rights of those Americans professing to be Muslim. The individual right of conscience is sacrosanct and the practice of Islam within the privacy of home and self is strictly protected to the extent that such individuals do not violate the prohibitions described in Article III.

If the Government bans one religion, what makes you think that the Government is just going to stop at Islam?? Nope...

Agree.

Sorry, I have to disagree, this is the antithesis to the First Amendment. We already have laws banning the practices contained in Islam (and many other religions) that infringe on other's rights. There are also strains of Islam, like Sufism, of whom, look at many of the calls for violence and oppression in the Koran as stricly esoteric symbolism and reject the Wahhabi style Islam. It is not the government's place to ban, nor establish religion. We can ensure that practices within that religion do not violate the rights of others, but we cannot legislate one's heart or belief.

Setting down this road may sound good in light of what we face, but wait until a group makes the same claim about Christians, Jews, or Buddhists. Do we want to start down that slope?

"Sorry I think someone said it better, if you give you freedom in the name of security, you don't deserve freedom or security.."

All the freedom in this country is based on the freedom God gave you. This constitution is based on Judeo/Christian bible values.

We are the freest nation in the world BECAUSE of christianity, not in spite of it. Which is why it's protected in our constitution.

You have the freedom NOT to believe, but that doesn't mean you have the freedom to ignore the laws of the land which were based on Christian and Jewish values.

We have been giving up freedom in this country because our constitution is being misinterpreted, ignored and hacked apart.

And, because we are now bending over backwards apeasing the enemy within, we are loosing even more freedom, while they gain the freedom to destroy us from within. It's happened all over the world for 1400 years. The ME was Christian and Jewish, some Zorastrians and others, until Islam was invented. In 1400 years look what Islam has done. Slaughtered entire cultures right off the face of the earth. It will happen here too, then where will your freedom be?

The social/political/ideological system known around the world as Islam is not recognized in the United States as a religion.

Religious Preference % June 1996 % March 2001 March 2002
Christian 84 82 82
Jewish 1 1 1
Muslim * 1 *
Other non-Christian 3 2 1
Atheist * 1 1
Agnostic * 2 2
Something else (SPECIFY) * 1 2
No preference 11 8 10
Don't know/Refused 1 2 1
TOTAL 100 100 100

So we are going to ban a religion of 1% of the population?

“THE REASON THE AMENDMENT IS NEEDED”

The start of a rational approach to the invasion by Isalm !!
The stated ideas are of use if only as begin to start thinking of how to stop Islam, cold and dead in its tracts.
I suggest that the stated ideas be expanded to include Communism and other fascist notions that mask their self in a manner as does Islam.
Let us not forget that the “peaceful” adherants of Islam ARE the cover for the rest of the enemy in our midst.

More specifically, it is the Sharia Law (and its’ economic assaults, via banking, etc) and the advent of the Caliphate that are the point of attack that MUST be addressed and can not be fought without pulling all of the Islamic facade into the fracas.
It is BECAUSE of our amendment methods that allow our society to address the matter/threat at hand that was not extent when our Constitution was written.

Because we are a free society does NOT mean we are to be a stupid and indolent one as some here have suggested.
As for what to do with the Islamic 5th column that is here,
they are the enemy in the 3rd Isalamic World War and will have to be treated as such in whatever manner that makes sense under our laws and sensibilities.
Citizen or not makes no difference - Islam is more a threat than any we have faced in recent years except for the preceeding marxistLiberals who are now in COMMON cause with the Islamist at present.

It was a tenet of the GramscianMarxist analysis that made not listing Communism/Marxism (now known as 4thReich or EU or NWO)as the enemy of America in any official documents.
That tactial success has allowed Communism/Liberalism to continue to subvert America (and the entire Western society) to this moment.

Now these 2 ideologies are in concert against America so I suggest all you Freepers who have so much angst against the Amendment get a grip on the situation as it is and get behind and in synch with the notion that Islam MUST be purged completely from America soonest !!

That's why Christianity is protected (or supposed to be), others are not.

But I agree with you in principle. Such a constitutional amendment would never fly. Not because you are right, but because that's how our constitution is interpreted by those who continually tear it apart, those who would see all religion destroyed in this country, not that it will happen.

Christianity may be all but destroyed, and when a void is created, something inevitably fills it, and Islam is very adapt at doing just that. And as it does, it will press for more and more law to protect it from being attacked, spoken of in a bad way. Slowly but surely you will loose all freedom as you know it, and generations that follow will never have known it.

The Christian freedom this land once knew, that is already badly eroded, won't even be a distant memory, because there will be nobody left alive to remember it.

Of course something is predicted to happen just as the last of Christianity fades from the planet, because the faith that keeps this planet- and whole universe- will no longer hold it together.

Sure, why not? (atually, just banning the violent ones like Islam will be good enough, if people want to worship multiple gods or give their money away to the top idiot in Scientology, that's there free choice)

And how can you be a Christian if you don't follow the Gospel (word) of Christ? You can't, therefore they are NOT Christians.

I don't know Kevin, those Westboro Baptists are doing some pretty disgraceful things, maybe we should ask for a Constitutional Amendment banning Baptist sects. (some think this is a joke, but give it 50 years, if we start down this slope, don't be surprised if we see stuff like this.)

The practices of Islam in Sharia law that impose itself on others, are already banned by law. Just enforce that. Don't start down the road of banning faith.

The US has for centuries banned numerous religious practices, e.g. virgin sacrifice. No court has reversed or, in my opinion, would DREAM of of reversing such bans.

The Tenth Amendment has been pretty much reversed by the courts. The Tenth Amendment does not mention the Democrat Party or Socialists by name; but it would ban all of their practices (at least at the federal level) if it were enforced.

There's probably enough in The Constitution already to ban the aspects of Islam that are incompatible with civilization as we know it. The Mohammedan government of Turkey was actually mentioned by The Founders (in the Federalist Papers, as I recall) as an example of the kind of thing The Constitution was trying to protect us from. As with the Tenth Amendment, the trick is to get the courts to obey it.

I agree though, that banning practices rather than named entities is the only way that makes sense. If we outlaw "Islam", they'll just change the name. (If the Tenth Amendment outlawed "socialism", the socialists would change their name to something else--like "progressives".)

And in Utah they can teach the Book of Mormon in the schools? The Quran in Detroit? The Book of the Divine Crystal Gaea Goddess in California? And who gets to choose what bible they read from? The Catholics and Jehovah's Witnesses don't use the same King James version as most Protestants do.

You'd better wake up. They are teaching YOUR kid "Islamic studies" All over the USA.

Mormons aren't Christians as far as I'm concerned. They read the book of Moroni, not the king James version. They have their own version which is blasphemous because it abrogates the word.

Catholic read the king James version, or American standard edition, (petty much the same) and Protestants add few non-canonized books, otherwize it's all the same as well.

At one time, there was no problem teaching the bible in school, because schools reflected the wishes of the communities they were in. If they wanted catholic teachings, they lived in a catholic community. Mormons lived in Utah.

It'sonly been the last 30 years or so that much of our society has been destroyed by religion haters, and deviates of all sorts.

Let’s ban basketball.

It’s some sort of a cult where 10 guys jump in the air about every 15 seconds.

It’s weird and most of them are a different skin color than me.

I don’t like it, and it should be banned.

Dear Melas,

Please look at the picture so kindly reproduced in post #6. I refer to the uppermost picture of the Palisimians exhibiting threat behavior one tends to assume would be typical of a baboon or perhaps a very vexed chimp.

That the Palisimians are seen as human beings with which one can “get along” is a Libtard view which has always both amused and horrified me.

Perhaps you might be able to explain how otherwise intelligent and educated people can assume that Muslims won’t do what their faith demands they do to all unbelievers.

Where the preamble declares, that coercion is a departure from the plan of the holy author of our religion, an amendment was proposed by inserting "Jesus Christ," so that it would read "A departure from the plan of Jesus Christ, the holy author of our religion;" the insertion was rejected by the great majority, in proof that they meant to comprehend, within the mantle of its protection, the Jew and the Gentile, the Christian and Mohammedan, the Hindoo and Infidel of every denomination.

"If they want to peacefully practice islam that is fine but if they want to push or further the political ideals of islam then they must be stopped."

That's just it. Islam cannot be practiced "peacefully' for any length of time. it always leads to fundamentalism- which is the complete adherence to the teachings of Allah and Mohammad.

It cannot be changed, abrogated in any way. To do so is a death sentence.

You'll see soon enough. It's only a matter of time before they feel powerfull enough to force some major concessions from an appeasing government.

Do read the Koran, take the time to become informed about the history of Islam, then perhaps consider the wisdom of that amendment proposition.

For a start, here’s Winston Churchill on Islam:
Sir Winston Churchill (The River War, first edition, Vol. II, pages 248-50 (London: Longmans, Green | 1899

“How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism[72 virgins, I’m assuming] deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity.

The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities - but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it had vainly struggled, the civilization of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilization of ancient Rome.”

If you still think Islam is a real religion, rather than an organizational plan for desert thieves, I have but one question for you to ask of the women in your life - “Got burhka”?
