Welcome to the Redlands FReep #14. For the last couple of weeks my computer has been down so I was unable to post threads for FReeps #12 and #13. I had a good time FReeping on those two Fridays and hope nobody thought I decided to cut & run. Computers are wonderful pieces of technology but they can be a pain when they don't work right.
This was was one of our more entertaining FReeps. It was Mary Bell, Kelly, and me taking on the moonbats of Citizens Action For Peace this week. We got many more honks and waves than the moonbats did, and quite a few comments from people walking and driving by.
A lady driving by, looking quite happy to see us waved and shouted "YES". A young man in his early twenties waiting at the crosswalk thanked us and said he had cousins in the Marines and the Air Force serving in Iraq. An older man walking by told us to keep up the good work. A lady turning the corner said "thank you". And a lady walking by also said "thank you". The best highlight of the day was when a guy and a girl on their motorcycle shouted good job and gave us the thumbs up. They rode over to the moonbats corner and the guy spent a good ten minutes chewing them out. It was hilarious watching the shocked and frustrated moonbats argue with the irritated biker. He eventually rode on leaving the shaken moonbats none to happy after the encounter. Patriotic bikers seem to be a moonbat's worst nightmare.
The rest of the evening went well and we had our usually great time. Here are my pics for this Friday, enjoy.
ABOVE. Our pro-troop banner.
ABOVE. Mary Bell with her picture of her U.S. Army grandson Tim Bell.
ABOVE. A good friend and a great patriot Kelly.
ABOVE. Me Victory Rocks.
ABOVE. The moonbats of Citizens Action For Peace.
ABOVE. Moonbat close up. The skinny old lady with the butch hair cut and dark glasses is their leader Sharon Swan. The chubby girl holding one end of their banner is the CodePinko that screeched out to me "Peace Out Freeper" during a previous FReep.
ABOVE. Another close up. The old guy on the left with the big sign is Grumpy the Moonbat. He must be one of the "bitter small town people" Obama talks about because I've never seen a more bitter group of people than those on the anti-war left.
ABOVE. This is the patriotic biker that gave the moonbats the "mother of all tongue lashings". You can definitely see the frustration on the face of the moonbat in the black pants and shirt standing on the right.
We had a good time and I invite and encourage any Inland Empire FReepers and Lurkers to come out and join us. Our troops and their families really do appreciate the support and encouragement.
We meet on Fridays at 4:30 PM on the Northeast corner of Redlands Blvd. and Orange St. in Redlands Ca.
Our rules are no profanity, violence, racism, or sexism. Obey the law and treat law enforcement with respect. We do allow good hearted verbal engagement though.

Hooligan ping.
Victory Rocks - Good to see you back in the "computer chair" saddle with your reports. Love your banner and good deal with the cyclist giving them hell.
Keep up the battle.

Thanks for the pictures....and fair and balanced of course. LOL!
I think the ‘vote for change’ sign would be more accurate if they were to replace the letter ‘c’ with a hammer and sickle.
You folks rock! Thanks a million..

Great Job!
I’m not jealous of youse guys anymore. California weather has finally made it to DC...at least until late September I suppose.
Great Report!
Don’t ever put Bill and Hill behind bars. /sarcasm
Thanks for the ping, and thanks to all the patriots who were there.
The banners are great and I too loved to see the confrontation between the moonbats and the motorcycle riders.
We get to roast in triple digit temps from mid June to late September here in the Inland Empire. Watching the moonbats melt is fun.
That particular moonbat has tried to debate us a few times. And like Tommy Chong he acts and sounds like a dope head.
Great to see you back! I sent you Freepmail while you were gone.
