Found this at Red State. A poster detects an angry Obama:
"After losing the debate tonight, Obama gave Hillary the finger today. I don't know if he intended to do that hand gesture in his pause while talking about Hillary, but it is obvious the crowd thought it was an intentional raising of the middle finger.

Obama and company are even sleazier in their act than Sharpton. I hope that the Dems do choose him as their candidate. They will lose the presidential race worse than Michael Stanley Dukakis did in 1988. So much for an 'Ivy league' education.
Obama is a poser. He has only one grandmother who is black. Obama's father is an arab and a Muslim. He grew up in Hawaii. Where was the know how to get him into Columbia, and then Harvard? There is nothing about his history that relates him to the kind of people who are attracted to Wrights kind of services ~ other than he saw a a group of likely suckers for him. it's no accident that he landed in Illinois, the home America's largest Islamic population.

Posted previously. And yes, it’s a classic but subtle flippin-the-bird. The first time I saw it was when Will Smith gave it to Tommy Lee Jones in the movie Men In Black. And I have done it myself on occasion since.

I agree with you. The crowd is reacting to his cadence, the crowd noise comes before anyone could interpret the finger gesture one way or another. Also, the crowd reaction is muted. If they were reacting to a perceived bird shot they would have gone nuts.
FWIW, my sense is that BHO did in fact flip Hilldebeast off, albeit subliminally and spontaneously without malice aforethought whilst pontificating in his arrogant staccato cadence mode. Just sayin’.

How many people do you know that scratch their faces with their middle fingers? I could see index finger, or index finger combined with middle finger.
But middle finger alone? That just looks too unnatural and intentional to me, especially after he pauses after referencing Clinton to give the finger. It's all there. The flippant voice tone, the use of her name, the pause, the middle finger, the continuance of the speech.
Obama is really showing his true colors as a smarmy narcissistic punk who will justifiably fall very hard in either August or November.
