Bush is bathing in a bucket of sleaze for sticking with Clinton's crooked Kosovo gambit. Whaddya bet it was in the name of the State Department's obsession with "policy continuity." Stopping cousin Bill Walker's faked genocide was one thing, setting up a narco-Islamic terrorist nation on the European continent is quite another.
