Protect him, Abba-Father, and Grant him Divine Strength. Thank You that You Deal Lovingly with Your Child. Go Before him in his Every Work, Shepherd-King. Please Give him Your Wisdom and the Mind of Christ. May the Treasure of Your Word be his Constant Delight.
We Plead for Your Protection to Ever be with our Troops. Our Master, Please Cover these Men with Your Hand. Thank You that their Sacrifices are not Forgotten Before Thee. Our Shepherd, we Pray for Your Persecuted Church. Wherever Your Lambs are throughout the Earth, we Beg for their Protection and Peace. 'God is our Refuge and Strength, a Very Present Help in Trouble.' (Ps.46:1) We Praise You for Comforting their Hearts. Thank You that Nothing can Sever them from Your Love.
Lord, we Ask for a Special Touch for Your Son Jim Robinson. Please Send Healing to him from Your Throne. With All our Hearts, we Ask for Your Power to Fall. Please Comfort him, our Caring Lord of Love. Please Nourish him with Manna, and Refresh him with the Water of Life. Thank You that Your Presence is with him, Loving God.
We Exalt You, our Merciful Master of Grace. 'Let Israel Now Say that His Mercy Endureth Forever.' (Ps.118:2) We Adore You, Father, and Trust in Your Dear Son. In Jesus' Name, for Your Excellent Glory we Pray, amen.
Why must I suffer disappointment, sorrow, and tribulation? What have I done that God should send me trials? Is He displeased with me? These questions are constantly asked by God's dear children.
Much of this fear and questioning is due to our misunderstanding of God's dealings with His own. He has His good reasons. And one of those reasons is for our spiritual discipline. We should be far more afraid of being left alone than of God's chastening, for He wastes no time on worthless objects that give no promise of fruitfulness.
On the shores of Lake Michigan are great barren sand dunes that have never felt the point of a plow. But in the rich lowlands beyond them, the farmer is constantly cultivating the soil. The farmer knows what he is doing, so he keeps on breaking up the soil. The deeper the plow works and the more the sharp harrow, the more precious the crop will be when harvest time comes.
God's plow goes deep, but it is only that in the end we may forget the plowing and rejoice in the blessing of bearing much fruit for Him. "No chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it" (Heb. 12:11).

AMEN SISTER AND GRACE TO ALL CHRISTIAN PATRIOTS!
“O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame?”
- Psalm 4:2
An instructive writer has made a mournful list of the honours which the
blinded people of Israel awarded to their long expected King.
1. They gave him a procession of honour, in which Roman legionaries,
Jewish priests, men and women, took a part, he himself bearing his cross.
This is the triumph which the world awards to him who comes to overthrow
man’s direst foes.
Derisive shouts are his only acclamations, and cruel taunts his only
paeans of praise.
2. They presented him with the wine of honour.
Instead of a golden cup of generous wine they offered him the criminal’s
stupefying death-draught, which he refused because he would preserve an
uninjured taste wherewith to taste of death; and afterwards when he cried,
“I thirst,” they gave him vinegar mixed with gall, thrust to his mouth
upon a sponge.
Oh! wretched, detestable inhospitality to the King’s Son.
3.
He was provided with a guard of honour, who showed their esteem of him by
gambling over his garments, which they had seized as their booty.
Such was the body-guard of the adored of heaven; a quaternion of brutal
gamblers.
4.
A throne of honour was found for him upon the bloody tree; no easier
place of rest would rebel men yield to their liege Lord.
The cross was, in fact, the full expression of the world’s feeling
towards him; “There,” they seemed to say, “thou Son of God, this is the
manner in which God himself should be treated, could we reach him.
“
5.
The title of honour was nominally “King of the Jews,” but that the
blinded nation distinctly repudiated, and really called him “King of
thieves,” by preferring Barabbas, and by placing Jesus in the place of
highest shame between two thieves.
His glory was thus in all things turned into shame by the sons of men,
but it shall yet gladden the eyes of saints and angels, world without end.

SOLI DEO GLORIA!
Dear Father in Heaven,
Thank You God for blessing us so much. You have done far more than anyone deserves. Help us to know You better. May we, Your children, never forget the price You paid. Your mercy and grace is our only hope.
We pray for President Bush; that You would give him the wisdom, discernment, and strength he needs to lead this country. Let him always seek You and Your will in every decision he makes. Protect him and all who surround him.
We also lift up all leaders in this country. Remind them they are just like the flowers of the field; here for just a short time. May they look to You and understand they will answer to You one day. I pray we all remember that.
Father, keep our service man and women close to Your heart. Protect and defend them as they defend this country. Sustain them in hard times and strengthen them when trials come. May they feel Your presence and know Your leading.
Thank You for them and there families. Bless them abundantly for all they do.
Thank You Father for hearing our prayers. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
I join in prayer for President Bush, the Administration, the election and our heroes standing in harm’s way!
