I could not get on FR for several hours and just now brought it up. Anyone know why?

I added it to my favorites AND when I put my cursor on freerepublic in favorites to see if I got it a drop down window said...
‘service temporarily unavailable’ then tried
wideawake and a drop down window said ‘temporary outage’
