I think we see it now because WE have aged also. I should have realized Billy Squire and Rob Halford were gay twenty years ago.

Billy Squier is gay too? Hmm. I guess that gives a whole new meaning to the song “Stroke”. I was a kid at the time, so I completely missed the innuendo.

LOL

So did I!

Do you remember Joe Lynn Turner from Rainbow. God he was a piece of meat. Now I go to his web site and he looks gay! I still love “Straight Between the Eyes”.

Speaking of drummers. Don’t know if you’ve seen Foo Fighter’s drummer joined on stage by Alex and Geddy for YYZ. It’s on youtube and worth checking out. Happened this month?

From TMZ

We're told the woman did not report the alleged assault until several days later, when she came in to the Neshoba County Sheriffs department and filed a report.

You’re thinking of Harry Reams.

Thanks, he didn't do too bad. What always impressed me about Neil Peart, aside from his prolific writing skills, was the fact that he could play songs like YYZ and the look on his face while he was performing was like he was thinking what he needed to pick up at the grocery store later on. Geddy Lee is also impressive, the man is hell of a bass guitarist. He's like a circus juggler in concert. Rush has been going strong for 30 years or better and what's sad is the current state of music. Instead of bands like Rush being found, we get Brittney Spears.

With one exception, Dream Theater. Mike Portnoy is the next Neil Peart.

OMG!!!!! That is the funniest list I’ve ever seen.
They should add Allen Rickman to that list.

80's hair band or a group of transvestites out for a night on the town?

You decide.

What a HORRIBLE band they were!

Horrible? Hardly. Poison was one of the most popular hair bands in the late 80s. They sold 25 million albums worldwide.

Teenage girls in the late 80s loved Bret Michaels. Now, 20+ years later me and my girlfriends still get all gitty when we see him.

I saw them in concert in '86 and in '02 and both were great and lots of fun.

I'll take 80s hair bands anyday over the decade of grunge that followed. IMO, the 90s were the worst decade for music. But much like everything else music is subjective.

That said, I give props to Bret Michaels because he supports our troops and went to Iraq to perform them. May not seem like much to you but it means a great deal to our men and women in uniform.

As far Rikki Rocket being arrested for a rape warrant if he's guilty I hope he goes to prison.

Because they are.

Yep, here's Bret Michaels being gay.

That picture was taken back in the 80s when the "glam look" was popular. Motley Crue did it too. Girls wanted to be with them and guys wanted to be them.

Here's Poison (circa '07).
