Darth my FRiend, this is a critically important essay.

I believe that the timing is good, as it gives folks a chance to organize.

Altering the topic just slightly, does anyone notice the vulgar irony that it is the Democratic Party (who accuses the GOPers of "the Culture of Corruption"), that is the same party that cultivates and protects vote fraud?

Democrats/Marxists/Stalinists have no idea just how good they have it in this great Country; and...

They have no clue as to just how miserable THEY will be if they ever get their dream of CHANGE, and the U.S. becomes a collectivist "Utopian" police state.

“The Threat of Non-Citizen Voting”

That is how former Rep. Bob Dornan lost his seat, from illegals voting, and he was one of the best congresspersons we’ve ever had, including fighting against fellow Republicans, when they weren’t conservative enough about some issues.

I work as an election worker in my town in Wisconsin (and over the years, I have also worked elections in Texas and CA). Our problem is that our laws are too lax and our Dem governor vetoes any attempt to tighten them.

Congress passed tighter rules that were supposed to go into effect before the 2008 election. Our governor did not like the Federal rules and so the Dems have dillied around and our statewide voter list will NOT be ready and “checkable” by Nov.

The Milwaukee Police prepared a report of all kinds of fraud that occurred in the 2004 and 2006 elections and the local DA and Mayor buried it. A new police chief came on board (and a new DA) and PD spokesperson was sick, and they accidentally released a report that certainly hints that there was enough fraud identifies that Bush most likely won the election in 2000 and 2004 in Wisconsin. The report made a splash for about 2 days in the paper. The Police Chief was chewed out by the Mayor and the whole thing has been forgotten.

We have same day voter registration. It is nearly impossible to combat fraud. You need only the flimsiest of ID to register at the polls. Minnesota has the same problem (same day registration) and I know people go back and forth across the border and vote in both states.

Thanks to the Help America Vote Act a new voter has to provide a Drivers’ License ## to register now, but the election clerk is not allowed to look at the license. he voter can just tell you the number orally and the last 4 digits of his SS card orally. You are not allowed to ask to see the documents. (I always do, but I could get into trouble.)

When the election tally is announced its usually too late. Hence, my emphasis on actions we can take to PREVENT vote fraud. For example, in the 2000 election I prevented over 100 fraudulent votes out of 850 cast at the precinct where I worked. That’s a significant percentage.

How did you do it? In all the years I've worked, I can only think of 3 times that I prevented someone from voting who shouldn't.

One was a water referendum and a man came in an announced in broken English that he was not a citizen. (I was a poll watcher in that election). The ladies at the table discussed it among themselves and said, "He's lived here 25 years, he should vote." They were getting ready to register him when I called the election judge in from the back room and she told the women that he wasn't eligible to vote.

Two was a teen ager who wanted to vote in his brother's name. I happened to know the boys. They were Muslim, as was their father, and they were all named Muhammad -- but one was not registered. I sent him home for his ID. (He didn't come back until the next election.) I got scolded by a friend of mine for turning him away because she thought that he'd vote for our candidate -- I wasn't so sure. And even so, he wasn't eligible unless he came back and registered properly. His mother is an attorney, and I know she'd tell him the same thing.

Three -- a mom asked if her daughter who was home from school could vote. I told her she could and told her what ID she needed. A half hour later the girl came in with the proper ID and I noticed that some of her papers said, "Madison". I asked her if she'd already voted in this election, and she said "Yes, in Madison". I told her that she couldn't vote twice in the same election and turned her away.

That's not many "saves" for years of work, but it's worth it. Of course, in Milwaukee and in Madison they are registering more people than live in a building all the time. Because we register new voters at the polls (a stupid idea IMO) we have no way to check if they are really telling the truth. After every election they send out postcards to the new registrants and about half of them are returned as bad addresses.

How did I do it? In the 2000 election I was a Poll Watcher. As soon as the poll opened I noticed the clerk at the front table writing a voter’s name in the back of the Voter Roll book. The Election Judge shrugged and said that the registration was probably lost or the guy registered too late to get into the book. I looked over at the guy’s Voter Registration Card and it was for another precinct! I objected and the Election Judge reluctantly ordered the guy to go vote in his home precinct. That went on all day and I kept notes on how many I stopped. What they were doing is taking vanloads of people from one precinct to the next voting repeatedly and paying them each time they got back on the van. Our new Republican Registrar of Voters put a stop to that nonsense and now our E-Slate electronic voting system picks it up immediately if someone has already voted even if it was in another county. The important thing to look for as a Poll Watcher is inspecting credentials. You will find voters from different precincts, 50 year olds with cards that say they are 25, birthdates of 00-00-00, and other oddities. Be ready to call the state or federal authorities if they refuse to run a clean election.

We know all to well all about voter fraud here in Washington State. Remember our governor's race? They just kept recounting until they "found" enough votes.

They had the homeless using some government building as their residence address. We had felons, dead people, people from out of state, people voting twice. We had boxes of ballots suddenly just show up, discovered under a desk or behind a door.

We have another race coming up November with the same candidates Rossi vs. Gregoire. They say they have cleaned up the voter rolls, but I have little confidence. They probably already have the boxes of ballots ready. Also King County which is the largest and most liberal county in the state always releases their numbers last. Very convenient and helpful to their cause.

"...May justice and righteousness prevail..."

Now I am not advocating violence against anyone, but if Richard Daly in Chicago were to achieve room-temperature before November, Osama wouldn't have a chance of voting the graveyards there.

Chicago routinely votes their graveyards.

If anybody's paying attention, the Chicago-Mob is trying to elect Osama-bin-Hussein as President of the USA.

And McManiac, the real Manchurian-Candidate is the opposition?

Buy lots of guns and ammo, boys and girls!

In Philadelphia, you need an army of people willing to do what you suggest, and no one should do it alone. Otherwise, to phrase it politely, you’re spitting into the wind.

our E-Slate electronic voting system picks it up immediately if someone has already voted even if it was in another county.

We are supposed to get something like that in WI, but it has been delayed because the software doesn't work. By Federal law it was supposed to be in place by 2008, but it won't be. We are not in compliance, and I suspect it is because of the Dem Governor (formerly the Dem Atty Genl.) who never could see voter fraud when it slapped him in the face.

As election workers, we cannot ask to see Drivers Licences or SS cards. The voter is nly required to say the number (last 4 digits in the case of SS) aloud. They could be saying 1,2,3,4 and we just have to write it down and allow them to vote. It really stinks, and there is a lot of fraud that goes on in the bigger cities, as well as around the University.

To add insult to injury, the state got a 50% discount on the non-working software — not a fix. So, we have no way of removing someone from one precinct after they register and vote in another precinct.

I have been an election judge or working the polls for 8 years. Every election. This is one of the most important civic duty we have. Call your election office and ask to work your prectinct or any other in your county.

My husband worked as a poll watcher for one of our worst boxes. All day long the Dem Judge was talking about a “delivery of chicken” by the end of the day the count on the door was about 100 more than people who had come in to vote. (I’ll bet those signature sheets were already made up in one persons handwritting & the ballots all punched).

My husband stayed all day and watched her like a hawk. At the count at the end of the day she said she must have made a mistake and corrected it to the actual number of voters.

When it came time to deliver the boxes to be counted she told him she had to stop by her house. He said, that will be fine but the boxes stay in your trunk and I will be sitting on your trunk. She never got the “delivery of chicken” and she wasn’t able to stuff the box.

YES EVERYONE please work the election (preferable) or poll watcher. It does help stop the voter fraud!

Recording devices inside the polling place are usually illegal but not at the 100’ mark outside.
