Podgorica, Belgrade The Association of the families of Serbs abducted and killed in Kosvo shall sue the former chief prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Carla Del Ponte for hiding of crimes committed against Kosovo Serbs by Kosovo Albanians that abducted and killed them, the president of that association Simo Spasic said.
In 2004 Del Ponte told us in The Hague that she had information that all abducted Kosovo Serbs were killed later on. She, however, has not told us that before they were killed, their body organs were taken out and sold, Spasic told Dan daily of Podgorica. In her book Hunt that is to appear in the bookshops in Italy at the beginning of April, Del Ponte wrote that the Hague prosecution came to knowledge while investigating crimes committed by the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) against non-Albanian population that the people that disappeared were forcefully submitted to surgery in which their organs were taken out and then smuggled and sold to the clinics in Europe under patronage of the KLA. Del Ponte hid the truth and kept silent on the horrible crimes against the abducted Serbs. She thus helped the crime although the list with the names of abducted Serbs was given to her as early as in 2001. She knew that and failed to raise a single indictment for that crime. That makes her responsible, Spasic said.
There's a reliable source... hahahaha
What?!?!?!?!!??!?!?!
Only the Serbs committed war crimes!
Not the peace lover Kosovoians & Albainians. They are not capable of such things.
That was sarcasim. Serbs were not the only ones committing war crimes.

snatch this
Yes, like the nassacre of 200,000 Bosnian men, women and children at Srebenica?
Mass graves holding millions of Muslim Bosnians?
We know that the KLA ships drugs to Europe and the U.S. to finance their ops; we know they burn Christian churches and murder Orthodix Christians in Kosovo; this may or may not be true, but the powers that be in western Europe and the U.S. have already chosen a side, so the truth will be very difficult to come by.
Among other things, you are in severe need of a map, pal!
You’re saying that SPRSKA it’s not part of Bosnia?
What is SPRSKA?
The allegations of those crimes are mentioned by Del Ponte herself in her book which she is admitting that she failed to do her job concerning Albanian criminals. Learn to read before you embarrass yourself
“Yes, like the nassacre of 200,000 Bosnian men, women and children at Srebenica? Mass graves holding millions of Muslim Bosnians?”
Hate to interject but don’t you think that is a bit much? From the sources I have looked at about 8,000 were killed (murdered) at Srebenica. There were only 40,000 Muslims in the enclave.
I haven’t seen any reports on “millions” of dead Bosnian Muslims in mass graves. From what I can find online the Bosnian government estimates that 100-110 thousand died in the war with 1.8 million displaced people. Most of the dead civilians were Bosnian Muslim.
All that being said it certainly looks like the Serbs fought a dirtier war. In respect to Srebenica they say that it was in revenge for the destruction of Serbian villages in the vicinity of the enclave and the murder of the inhabitants.
I have absolutely no way of verifying any of that. When the peoples involved hate each other to the degree that the Balkan peoples do it is hard for an outsider to sort it all out.
SRPSKA... Typo. But you knew that already, didn’t you?
Having proof and an admission is no guarantee that the Serbs will get justice.
The U.N. will not find her guilty of anything except doing her job.
Good luck!
What is a war crime?
In 2005 the international putana said this to the gods of profit at any price including destroying nations and allowing dogs of war to obliterate Christians at Goldman Sachs:
“This (ICTY and other UN organizations) is where the long-term profit of the UN’s work resides. We are trying to create stable conditions so that safe investments can take place.” Further she said this will make for “a reasonably prosperous democracy — a factor of peace and stability in the world.”
Ironically they have created NO instability and NO peace but rather chaos..even though the business model has been successful: sex slaves and narcotics distribution now thrive in Kosovo...
I forgot my sarcasm tag. 200,000 was the number which justified NATO intervention.
I am saying that I haven't foggiest clue what this article has to with Bosnia. The paper is from Belgrade, the datelines are Belgrade, Serbia and Podgorica, Montenegro, the victims are from Kosovo. Whaton earth led you to link this to Republika Srpska, Bosnia?
In the numbers game, perhaps true, but you might want to read the following before passing judgment. It was a an Der Speigel interview with a former al Qaida mujahadeen who fought in the Bosnian war on the Muslim side.:
"Hamad: 1992 there had been a mass influx of mujaheddin into the Balkan. Our route led via Frankfurt toZagreb, Split and from there via Mostar into Bosnia. Croats and Bosnians let us pass, those who wanted a bosnian passport recieved it - though we mostly used false names for that. The political and military command of Bosnia at that time granted us the highest privileges and immunity from the police.
SPEIGEL ONLINE:Was there no protest against your fighting methods?
Hamad: Of course our methods were cruel. Al Quaida demanded to torture the enemy, to cut him into pieces with chainsaws, to massacre him with knives. Though we officially had to obey the command of the bosnian army, our conditions were accepted: No Bosnian general was allowed to command us.
OK, my fault. At the top of the page, I thought it said SRPSKA, not SRPSKI... One would have meant the region, so the assumption would have been that it (the story) originated there... The other allows you to read in English or Serbian.
