Will Rush Limbaugh Be Indicted for Voter Fraud?

As Ohio election officials investigate illegal crossover voting in the 2008 primary, questions arise on Rush Limbaugh's role.
Limbaugh, the nation's top-rated talk radio host, was urging Republicans in Texas and Ohio to skip their party's primary on March 4 and instead cast a vote for Hillary Clinton in order to prolong the fight between her and Barack Obama.
What Limbaugh encouraged Republican voters to do in Ohio was a fifth-degree felony in that state, punishable with a $2,500 fine and six to 12 months in jail.
On Thursday, March 20, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported that the "Cuyahoga County Board of Election has launched an investigation that could lead to criminal charges against voters who maliciously switched parties for the March 4 presidential primary."
In 2008, 2.22 million Ohioans voted in the Democratic primary, compared to 1.27 million in 2000, according to unofficial results released by Brunner's office. In contrast, 1.01 million Ohioans voted in the 2008 Republican primary, compared to nearly 918,000 people in 2004.
Michael Slater of Project Vote, a nonpartisan group that designs voter registration drives for low-income people, said GOP meddling in the Ohio Democratic Primary was a clear-cut example of fraudulent voting, which is how Republicans have defined the issue in recent years, as GOP advocates have urged state legislatures and Congress to adopt anti-fraud measures such as tougher voter ID laws.
"Here we have a real instance of spurring people on to engage in illegal election activities with a real intent to affect the outcome," Slater said. "That is voter fraud. People were encouraged to break the law. They had to declare allegiance to a political party and sign a document under penalty of perjury. Intent is what matters in voter fraud."

Do us all a favor... Don’t vote period.
Don’t even think about voting again.
When you wake up and smell what you are being taxed on.
That’s clearly going to take a bit.

"No, I stopped listening to him years ago, I surely could not listen to him now, first he tried to destroy Mc Cain..."
I want to know the truth as to why so many import/merchant Republicans despise McCain so much. It doesn't make sense. McCain's record is the record of a free traitor.
Is it that they're afraid that McCain might start operations in Iran, which would cause a short term oil spike and lower dollar (freight fuel, Asian product prices)? Is that all, or is there more?
What I do know, is that Hillary has promised delivery of more anti-American trade policy and further subjugation of families through social programs (i.e., social engineering programs to further enlarge and cheapen the labor pool through fatherlessness).

Let me add one more example of how Limbaugh has underestimated the Clintons. In 1996, he told a caller who was worried about Bob Dole not being aggressive enough against Clinton, “Don’t worry! Bob Dole will be the next President!”

No, I stopped listening to him years ago, I surely could not listen to him now, first he tried to destroy Mc Cain (Mc Cain is not my and many conservatives favorite, but it is better evil from remaining 2 ), then Rush wants Hillary to get elected to "punish" Rep Party, bla bla bla, he is an idiot with a personal agenda now, he's got lots of "shipple" still following him.
Well, if you listened to Rush, you might realize he's McCain's best chance at winning against either of the democrat candidates. McCain has shown an unwillingness to go after either one. He's behind in donations. Encouraging "Operation Chaos" in the democrat party is helping McCain on both fronts.

Flu bug got me. I’m having a Tony Soprano moment. I’m sorry, just a minute. Coff coff. The fish is talking to me. He’s saying:
“It’s Hillary. She called and said “Hi Rush. You know that little Freedom of the airwaves thing? Oh my what a silly thing to be concerned with. Wouldn’t you say? By the way, there’s this Reverend and...””

Actually there were two answers, Rush Limbaugh or George Bush. I believe we have a FREE Operation Chaos T-Shirt!

Well, ok then, we must be listening to different Rush Limbaugh shows because the Rush I listen to is great and had never once said he underestimates the Clintons.
You'll have to tell me when your Rush broad casts his show.

RL has been on for twenty years making money.....good lord. Do you even listen and understand his show? Yes, but Rush makes much more money when Clintons are in Office, he admitted it openly in the past.
No, I do not listen to him anymore, I have better things to do than listening to somebody who claims being a conservative but openly enables Clintons.
Doesn’t Limbaugh have a hard high one for McCain that goes across political lines? I wonder how much it would take to get him where you want him. He had no business ressurecting the vile and criminal Clinton Cabal.

The Guy on the Radio who has no control over your life or the Anti First Ammendment Senator who is being destroyed by 527’s and is a wholly ownes subsidiary of George Soros. Mc Cain Votes on stuff that effects your life dweeb..
Rush is only a Radio Host.
