There has been all sorts of reaction to Senator Obamas speech on Reverend Wright. A key comment he made was: "I can no more disown Reverend Wright then I can disown my White Grandmother." The junior Senator from Illinois is of course refering to the woman who raised him as a child, not the Kenyan family he keeps putting up on a pedestal. The last I heard she was isolated in an apartment with no access to the media, and I dont beleive this has changed. Has anyone heard a peep out of her? "I cant disown my white grandmother" - maybe not Senator, but it sure seems as if you would like to.
She’s probably voting for Hillary or McCain.
According to Mark Levin, she didn’t make a remark about being afraid of just ANY black man in the street. She was mugged and beat up at a bus stop, and she told Obama she was afraid of THAT PARTICULAR black man. Apparently, this detail is in Obama’s autobiography.
“Obama sank to sub-Clinton depths of disgraceful political behavior by so doing, and widely publicized comments by the grandmother would do yet more damage to his candidacy.”
I did not think that was possible, but you know, I think you are right. Even the Clinton’s might think twice before pulling that stunt.
For a tall, half-black boy you sure got shorted.
But, being fair about body parts, you got double-sized ears {maybe that's where the extra DNA went}.
You see Barak Hussein’s problem is the use of race. He decided long ago to be a black man instead of a white man. He is after all 50% white and 50% black. His black father abandoned him and his mother when he was two years old. (Common fathering technique for black baby daddies.) Barak Hussein chose to align himself with his deadbeat black father instead of his white mother and white grandmother who raised him. Could it be that he has a lack of respect for women or maybe just white women. Or could it be that as a Muslim he shares their lack of respect for women. They consider women less valuable than livestock and show them no respect whatever. Tell us Barak which is it.
I have wondered and still wonder if his Kenyan family has any direct historic ties to the East African Slave trade through Zanzibar that went on in Kenya until the 1840s. The slave trade with the Arabs and Portuguese is how many of the individual families of tribal Kenya became wealthy.
Do you think his Kenyan clan has never said anything racist about white people? Why doesn’t he feel angst about disowning them?
No, she was aggressively panhandled but wasn't mugged.
“No, she was aggressively panhandled but wasn’t mugged.”
In addition, she didn’t tell that to Obama, her husband did.
Interestingly, with two driving age men at home, what was she doing at a bus stop in the first place? This was while she was putting Obama through private school, ahd there was a car at home.
his kenyan grandmother (i don’t believe this is his “second grandma” was really mad that white blood was going through her grandson
i believe that this is what i read in an article a few weeks ago
Hussein Obama made a huge mistake by this disgusting comment.
I find the paranoid, tin-foil crowds belief that “Barack is an Arab” (nothing wrong that, btw) as asinine over the “Barack is a Muslim” claims made by the same people.
Just like Halley Berry. Raised by her white mother, abandoned by her black father but yet she considers herself black or African-American. She went on and on about being the first black woman to win an oscar. I’m sure her white mother is very happy that she is never brought into the equation.
Actually, Haley is a quadroon, as her father was half-white himself. The father of her children is a white man, so their spawn is what used to be called an octoroon.
