1. The "Greenhouse Effect" is a natural and valuable phenomenon, without which, the planet would be uninhabitable. 2. Global Warming, at least in recent times, is real.
3. CO2 is not a significant greenhouse gas; 95% of the contribution is due to Water Vapor.
4. Man's contribution to Greenhouse Gasses is relatively insignificant. We didn't cause the recent Global Warming and we cannot stop it.
5. Solar Activity appears to be the principal driver for Climate Change.
6. CO2 is a useful trace gas in the atmosphere, and the planet would actually benefit by having more, not less of it, because it is not a driver for Global Warming and would enrich our vegetation, yielding better crops to feed the expanding population.
7. CO2 is not causing global warming, in fact, CO2 is lagging temperature change in all reliable datasets. The cart is not pulling the donkey.

I am convinced that Al Gore has a mental illness causing delusions of grandeur should he become the hero of globull warming. He has no real scientific background and his supporters range from hero wannabees to barely literate science freaques.

No. The reason is that scientists have been bought off by research grants from pro-GW government and private institutions. If scientists dont chant the GW mantra and support the consensus drivel they lose funding and have their standing in the scientific community threatened! Thanks for replying. I agree with you that what you stated is another reason that scientists push AGW.

Thiry-four pages with the header and footer turned off...
I will read it later only because I want to know if it takes into consideration that the climate models used for the IPCC report assume an infinite atmosphere instead of the atmosphere we actually have. Adjusting for the limited atmosphere turns the entire calculation on its head and negates all of the predictions in the IPCC report.

Still waiting for some one from this administration to stand up an start talking back with a model of the Milankovitch Cycle spinning behind. Still waiting for someone from this administration to point out that although the Milankovitch Cycle is in a phase during which the Earth SHOULD be expected to warm slightly, it is actually cooling, due to lower solar activity. Instead, the faithful are treated to sermons bemoaning our "Addiction to Oil."
Hey GOP, how about a platform plank calling for the DOUBLING of domestic Crude Production and a 50 percent increase in refining capacity in 5 years? We are sacrificing our economy to faulty science and hysterical polemics from the left.
7 Years into an oilman's administration and still no PUBLIC leadership on an oil policy... just bullshiite about "Alternative Sources, which should be ready by about the time our GNP has been reduced to the same size as Mali.
