The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series returns to the high banks of Bristol Motor Speedway on Sunday, March 16, for the Food City 500. One Dale is in a new ride and another Dale is competing in his final season. The last two Sprint Cup races saw two first-time Bristol Cup Series winners, in Kyle Busch and Carl Edwards. Who'll take home that big ol' Bristol Food City 500 trophy this year?
The Food City 500 is part of a spectacular Bristol race weekend, which includes the Sharpie MINI 300 Nationwide Series race (March 15) as well as Pole Day (March 14).

Wonder how much longer Spring/Nextel are going to sponsor the races, with that last $29B write down and a the company is worth half of what it was when Sprint bought Nextel, sure wonder how much longer the CEO can convince the shareholders to pay for it.
Anyone got a idea or a thought?
If you could handpick the the sponsor for the series who would it be?

No one wants to see a mid-season change of main sponsor,, just so it isn’t Google or Microsoft.. or Oracle.
Tough to say who would want a piece of nascar ,, not Goodyear for sure. ;-)
Verizon? nnnnaaa.. Maybe Disney or Marriott ..
