"Gov. Eliot Spitzer has been soliciting high-priced hookers for at least six years and possibly for more than a decade, sources tell The Post....
Sources tell The Post that Spitzer had frequented high-priced hookers as far back as 2002 and possibly earlier."

Love for sale,
Appetising young love for sale.
Love that’s fresh and still unspoiled,
Love that’s only slightly soiled,
Love for sale.
Who will buy?
Who would like to sample my supply?
Who’s prepared to pay the price,
For a trip to paradise?
Love for sale
Let the poets pipe of love
in their childish way,
I know every type of love
Better far than they.
If you want the thrill of love,
I’ve been through the mill of love;
Old love, new love
Every love but true love
Love for sale.
When you are dealing with hypocritical slime, some of the particulars become irrelevant. Nevertheless, I would surely like to know what the lasses do that is worth $3,100.00 per hour.
[high-priced hookers for at least six years]
...and you can bet when he went after prostitution rings, the one HE used wasn’t targeted and probably got some cash for it.
FOLLOW THE MONEY.
With the look on her face yesterday? If that was fake, she deserves ALL the Oscars for the next five years.
It is now clear that Spitzer has been preparing himself for a run for the Democrat nomination...
The real question is where is Spitz gonna get sex now?Prison.
Leave him alone! Eliot was just looking for a lady that shared his passion for Watersports. ;-)
I tend to agree with you.
Now the defenders are out and about declaring prostitution to be a “victimless” crime, why let’s make it legal.
We have moral-less people steering the ship of state.
First, I would ask those calling for prostitution to be made legal, do we really want to live in a society where a little girl can express a desire to grow up and be a prostitute? Would you be proud of a daughter who expressed such a desire, this victimless, harmless activity? Do we want brothels in our neighborhoods? Does anybody really think that the females of this country want their husbands visiting prostitutes no mind the fine Mrs. Spitzer?
It’s a shameful activity and making it legal won’t take away the taint. This is because we all have mothers, sisters and daughters. If prostitution were so harmless then we should be PROUD of our female family to aspire to such a career, right?
All of this for a corrupt loser of a man who refuses to vacate the public stage. Congress yanks the sports figures in to camera-hogging hearings, declaring that the youngsters look up to the quarterbacks and pitchers.
BUT WHAT ABOUT THEM?
We’ve got congress critters having sex with strangers in public bathrooms and a wealthy nothing pervert in charge of one of our largest states frequenting prostitutes even as he righteously holds the flame of justice for breaking up these same illegal activities.
Excuse me but I must go puke at the whole lot of them.
Well done!!!
Yeah.
So why can’t this rich nothing pervert just go away and leave us alone?
It’s not like he’ll go broke and it’s not like, if we look hard enough, we can’t find someone else to be Governor of New York.
So why is this country having to endure this guy’s crap? Why can’t he just go the hell away?
I cannot believe the HYPOCRISY of this man - it's hard to believe - but then again - we've seen this before.
He's so arrogant still though, that he's not stepped down.
He deserves everything coming his way.
Bingo. They were both caught.
He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Daddy is a bigtime real estate mogul, worth about half a billion.
I'm content with knowing that no one outside the marriage knows what's going on inside. I have no need to blame or exonerate his wife.
I can tell you that she looked seriously worn at that press conference, almost drugged. If she wasn't devastated, it was a world-class performance.
You just made my point. Disgusting when you cannot root out corruption because you are also corrupt.
This ought to be interesting.
Political types on both sides of the aisle knew McGreevey was gay, all the way back to 1997 at least. While first campaigning for Governor, even though it was mere months after McGreevey had stopped frequenting gay nightclubs and hothouses in NYC, he was never called on it. And the state ended up vulnerable to a WMD attack because of it.
NY State in this case has lost billions and billions in business due to Spitzer’s time as AG, and the few who tried to call him out were roundly assaulted through orchestrated character assassination by the NY media.
And the next politician with blackmailable psychosis is already out there, and he already has enablers who will cost the taxpayers and citizens dearly before he or she is revealed.
Sure she looked worn at the press conference. Her husband got caught, she, he and those innocent children were publicly humiliated.
That doesn’t mean she didn’t know about her husband’s extra marital activities.
which also doesn’t mean that what he did is HER fault in any way. She has a right to be in a marriage like that, it’s her choice. Some would call her an enabler but hey, she broke no laws here.
I just wish the whole lot of them would go away. Maybe the two of them could think of their children, what say you?
And please, the odds of Mrs. Spitzer not knowing a thing about her fine man’s activities....well ask any married woman if SHE wouldn’t know.
Most women do.
Most women do...
I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on that.
Actually, if I was a wealthy or powerful guy, I’d probably be getting hookers even if I was single... because I wouldn’t want my flings to wind up on Page 6 of the NYP because one of them decided to try to cash in off me.
I agree for the average joe, why go to a hooker unless you are really bad with women... But for the wealthy celebrity set, lets face it they live lives in fish bowls.
It sounds like he just barely made it on the Service’s top 10 list.
