Exactly, McCain wasn’t getting the union vote anyway.
Boeing tried to scam the tax payers and got caught. People lost their jobs and went to jail. Their scheme went away and their second try fell short. They have only themselves to blame.
Somebody should remind the critics from Boeing that two of their former executives are in jail due to rigged contract awards.
And in this latest award Boeing’s bid fell short in five of five Source Selection Criteria.

Wow, what a stupid thing to say. This would include all of Boeing’s suppliers in 40 states, most of whom are red states. The factory where the tanker conversion would take place is in deep-red Kansas.
Threatening McCain with losing Washington is like threatening someone who jumps into a lake of getting wet. Stupid, empty threat.
