Good heavens, NO!

McCain needs a good conservative VP. Two libs on the Republican ticket is a disaster.

Rove, said yesterday (referring to Huckabee but it applies to Rudy) McCain already has a problem with the base, why add a VP with more problems with the base?

Oh great, pick the old white man cancer survivor to run with the old white man cancer survivor (and I would say the same about Fred).

We need young and conservative on the ticket.

The difference is that Cheney was a solid conservative that would not piss off the GOP conservative base. If McCain were to thumb his nose at the conservative wing of the party by picking Rudy, he would be demonstrating that he is not a leader and has no clue about how to build a coalition, and he would also hand the presidency to the Obama/Chavez ticket on a gold-encrusted silver platter with ruby and diamond inlays.

Rudy for Veep?

Well, that would certainly make this nightmare of an election season complete.

In those hard-to-change circumstances, Giuliani decided to go for the bottom line of saving lives. One can debate the pros and cons of that position, but it is grossly unfair to call it pro-abortion.

Wow.

That's some massive contorting going on there.

Hussein is going to get crushed by the corruption trial in Chicago and Rudy has baggage in this dept. also (right or wrong).

No way.

Rudy most certainly SHOULD be in a McCain Administration-—somewhere where he could not do any damage, and would actually be good. FEMA, Dept of Education, or HUD. He would be perfect for any of those.
