He was 57. He now may be 40? He’s been in the hospital 2 weeks and I assume he’s on a vent. Could others be in the hospital being treated for pneumonia symptoms too?

Very odd story, very odd. If this guy in the hospital doesn’t make it, we may never know. Ricin is a cytotoxin, protein synthesis inhibitor, some nasty stuff with no known antidote. The prognosis isn’t good and even if he survives he is very likely going to have organ damage.
