indicating that the FBI had fired three flammable tear
gas canisters during the raid on the compound. Following
a ten-month investigation, Senator John C. Danforth
released a report concluding that although federal
agents had mishandled evidence, they had neither started
the fire nor improperly employed force."

Who were they shooting at in the back of the house on the FLIR tapes? I know a concussion device was used on the top of the storage room.

No. The ATF had something like 7 or 8 video cameras running and later claimed that every one malfunctioned. At the same time.
Seems the govt. has a problem with it's video cameras. On April 19, then FBI had something like 28 video cameras running and also later claimed that these also malfunctioned.

ABC World News Tonite, with Aaron Brown and Thalia Assuras used to run raw video clips while they snuck out for coffee or whatever. I used to watch at three in the morning, because I didn’t yet have internet, and I knew the morning news was a pile of Couric.
They ran the entire unedited video of the assault. I waited through the cycle and watched it again.
I went to take a shower and get ready for work, and by the next cycle we already had the chopped for public view showing, with very red-faced and alarmed looking young news anchors, at a loss for words.
By the time I got to work, they had been turned from innocent murder victims to snarling bloodsucking monsters from Hell, and the sheeple had swallowed the hook, line, and sinker.
But the entire MSM likely knew the truth of the situation.

As I recall George Bush was not president on February 28, 1993.
Some of Bush's people were still employed on that date, but Clinton and Reno were fully in charge 51 days later when the mass murder occurred.
It's too bad you didn't have the presence of mind to tape it when you saw it. You'd probably have the only public footage of the beginning of the raid.
I just tried to get more specific information as to how this is definitely linked to Waco.

There was no one behind the building shooting into it. That's government disinformation. The so-called 'flashes' on the FLIR are reflections of sunlight off the broken glass.
Why would the government say “We had guys out behind the building machine-gunning it” to cover up something else?
I didn’t get that from a government story - I got it from the FLIR video.
If you believe that sunlight reflecting off broken glass doesn’t reflect at all, then reflects suddenly in a regular pattern of flashes, then stops for a while then starts up and repeats again, they you’re exceptionally gullible.
The elected come and go, the bureaucracy is fairly permanent. Magaw and Horiuchi were murdering citizens at Ruby Ridge for Jorge the first.
