It's unfortunate that Serbia has proven itself incapable of governing responsibly. That's why Serbia is not getting Kosovo back. A third of the Serbian parliament is held by the "Radical Party". What kind of a stupid name is that for a party? Does Serbia not realize that the international community will never trust a country where the self-described "Radical Party", run by a gang of plum brandy-swilling drunks, has too much power?

If this mess gets worse, it may become necessary to slap some draconian trade sanctions on Serbia - again.
