I'd be happy to be wrong. For a variety of reasons, I'd prefer Hillary Clinton to be the Democratic presidential nominee. But it's not going to happen. She'll be clobbered in Wisconsin tomorrow. She might run ahead, even win, the popular vote in Texas, but the delegate count will be close, probably pro-Obama. The media talk, the popular mood, the times -- they all work for Obama.
Finally, there's been the Clinton campaign. Fighting, seriously, today about Obama's borrowing of rhetoric from a friend is a sign of desperation. Obama is derivative. So is everyone. And Bill Clinton -- who knew? -- has proved to be a negative.
The media megaphone can't be underestimated.
Some of it is crazy. Some of it unfair. So is life.
Obama will win the nomination. Polls today say he'll beat McCain everywhere -- in every key state and nationally. Those same polls said the same thing about Hillary Clinton's sure dominance a few months ago.
For the record.
We also call them Blue Dogs and Moderate Republicans who will vote McCain 2008, after making sure the Clintoons are eliminated!
When will Republicans do the same?
When will they dump their presumptive nominee for some one who can beat the liberals?
Okay, I know this was a slip-up, but someone’s gotta post the clinton-mccain morphing photo....
That is just what I have been thinking. The Clintons ran the White House like a criminal enterprise. Is it possible that there are even some in the media and the party who have a tiny problem with that and are willing to grab the chance to slither out from under the rock they put themselves under?
“...And Bill Clinton — who knew? — has proved to be a negative....”
Well, actually, we knew.
130+ peldged delegates may not be enough to beat 900+ FBI files.
This mission is far too important for Hillary to allow Obama to jeopardize it.
LOL fat chance, Get ready to campaign for a Conservative Congress and Senate to get McCain to do it Right!
McCain 2008!
And I don't know which is worse
At least there is a multi-drug therapy for leprosy.
In most cases there is nothing in those 900 FBI files.
How about that, A man who knows the score!
Pleased to see you once again!
Wrong, just google, many are online! and Many more than 900 have yet to be followed up.
I said Southeast Wisconsin, not Wisconsin overall. The Milwaukee area that extends to Illinois - heavily African-American, heavily urban, and heavily unionized. They are pumped for Obama, and votes outside of Milwaukee and Madison won't be enough for Hillary. The Fox Valley area where I live is usually conservative so that'll reduce Hillary's numbers right there.
Milwaukee and Madison calls the shots in this state. If they're voting for Obama, then he takes the state.
Possibly, but you know Hillbilly had their backgrounds researched well if they didn’t think they had enough.
Hey Diana!
Oh, boy. The fat lady is rehearsing in the wings. This was to be Slick’s revenge against all you vast right wing conspirationalists, his finger in your face, his “see, I beat ya again!”, his mulligan, his second shot at legacy, his Rasputing moment, and it was all ruined by a black man who don’t give a shiite about black churches burning in Arkansas, or about the holy crusades in the South by the New York Communists in the 1960s, the crusades that are so revered by the Conservatives who have surrendered to the Reds in the media, revered despite the lawlessness, the Stalinist leadership. Sing, fat lady, sing, sing for the white guilt too, while you’re at it!
Hillary is going to need a rubber room pretty soon.
Thanks for the info regarding Wisconsin political demographics, it is really interesting and we shall see tomorrow.
