Nope, it was an AP radio report. I’m sorry. But I heard it with my own ears if that helps any. I’m sure writers are typing as fast as they can right now.

Earlier in the campaign Huckabee feigned ignorance and in a speech to some evangelicals he stated something like “isn’t it true that Mormons think that Jesus is Satan’s brother,” deliberately taking some LDS doctrine out of context. He got slammed for it at the time as over the top.

“Well how do ya Romney backers feel about your boy now?”
Same way as before. Too bad more votes weren’t cast for him.

I thought he only had that line in a New York news magazine, and the media exploded it out of proportion.

There goes whatever small chance the Romnster had for 2012.

Huckabee crossed the line a long time ago...
Whenever he was asked about the success of his campaign and claimed divine providence as the reason.
How folks are backing this guy is beyond me, let alone claiming he’s a “conservative” while doing it.

Wonder what the price of this leveraged buyout was.

Very disappointing that he would do that!
I guess Romney is about as "conservative " as McCain.

Well, I will never vote for Romney in the future either, he’s written off his chances as I hate a “company man”

The only way we get a brokered convention is if conservative non-McCain delegates were to plan and stage an insurrection at the convention, and then convince enough McCain-pledged delegates to join them. I don’t see that happening, and it is highly risky besides. Another (remote) possibility would be for a conservative “dark horse” candidate to announce his (or her) candidacy right now as a way of stopping the McCain bandwagon and certain disaster in November.

Crap. I was hoping he would not quit until after Pennsylvania’s primary so I could vote for him. I guess I will write in Rick Santorum.

There has never been a brokered convention in the modern primary era. Brokered conventions had about a 40 year period and then they were gone 50+ years ago.
