The only way we get a brokered convention is if conservative non-McCain delegates were to plan and stage an insurrection at the convention, and then convince enough McCain-pledged delegates to join them. I don’t see that happening, and it is highly risky besides. Another (remote) possibility would be for a conservative “dark horse” candidate to announce his (or her) candidacy right now as a way of stopping the McCain bandwagon and certain disaster in November.
Guys, enough with those fantasy scenarios that have zero relation with reality and have absolute zero chance of happening.
