There has been a disturbing increase in Global Warming Stress Syndrome (GWSS, pronounced gwiss) according to Dr. Ron N. Hyde, a clinical psychologist at the prestigious McKitrick Center for the Especially Disturbed.
Since April, there is been a 32.817% increase in public cases of GWSS, he explained. The rate now is almost double what it was this time last year. He added the trend was very worrying to his colleagues.
According to literature provided by the McKitrick Center, GWSS was at first a disease confined to academics, where it was thought to be controllable...

Nice day up here in the Boston area isn’t it. Global Warming? My kids are home from school for yet another snow day - where’s Dr. Phil when I need him.

Seriously, does anybody think this is as funny as I do? Yes. I do. After I nearly spit my coffee while laughing, I was convinced this had to be from Scrappleface.

Reverend Al Gore finally made it through divinity school, of sorts. He has a religion, and he is the leader of a misguided flock. He has hysteria close to that of the Cold War, and a solution with a vision that includes every one of us on the scale of the moon landing. All on a unproven flawed premise.
And on top of that, he has a money making machine in the form of his carbon credit scam to fund his church, complete with tax deductions.
Too bad the weather doesn’t seem to be cooperating. An inconvenient weather forecast for the Midwest, China (where the army has to supply cities with supplies due to the massive snowfall)and elsewhere, the liberal gods of Al’s religion are not making it easy for his argument, so the chicken Little's of the world will continue to look like moonbats from the hyperbolic fever swamps of the extreme left. Good luck Al, you make the right, anything right of him, look good.

I was listening for to the “no work” closings this morning, but as usual I didn’t hear my company’s name. I’m in work-n-freep mode if you know what I mean?

The sign of a really good parody is that it takes a while to actually tell its all a joke.
This one was all too believable.

Methinks that Mr. Briggs has his tongue firmly implanted in cheek. Check his article on increased zombie activity due to GW.

Dr. Hyde described typical symptoms: A belief that mankind causes every bad event, excessive hand-wringing, frequent bowel movements, a tendency to lurk on internet message boards and post things such as, There is a consensus! There is a consensus!, an irrational desire to measure ones personal carbon footprint. But the most worrying of all is the, Urge to make idiotic comments in public tying global warming to any event.LOL!

When it is difficult to tell a joke from fact, the subject matter must be far out there. Case and point. Good one though, but it further proves how the Al Gore left are nothing less than chicken little moonbats from the hyperbolic feverswamps of the extreme left. And it confounds me how they have legitimacy with our media culture.
