'Pimp' Slur on Chelsea

Hillary Rodham Clinton threatened yesterday to pull out of an upcoming debate hosted by MSNBC after one of its correspondents said on air that daughter Chelsea was being "pimped out" by the campaign to win votes.

Correspondent David Shuster made the remark Thursday night as he and others were discussing on air how Chelsea Clinton, 27, is taking an increasingly active role in the campaign.

"Doesn't it seem as if Chelsea is sort of being pimped out in some weird sort of way?"

Wolfson noted that just last month another MSNBC personality, Chris Matthews, apologized for saying the reason Clinton was elected senator was because the nation felt sorry for her after Bill Clinton had sexual liaisons with Monica Lewinsky.

"She didn't win there on her merits," Matthews said.

Perhaps he mispoke. She isn’t being “pimped”. She is “whoring” herself for mommy’s campaign.

The comment was rude, but very typical of msnbc; its just this time the comment was about a democrat instead of a republican. MSNBC is pathetic, propaganda, hate speech and lies from start of day to end. They cow-tow to the dems, as evidenced by the recent apologies of both Matthews and Schuster. They will never apologize to republicans for all the false stories and hate speech.

Truth be told, the country would be far better off if GE just pulled the plug on the whole station.

Now Chelsea is a big girl now; and should know what’s going on.

For the under thirty crowd the word ‘pimped’ has another meaning. A ‘pimped out’ truck has had expensive or flashy accessories added on it. Did the reporter imply that Chelsea has been decked out with expensive or flashy accessories? Or was the reporter stating the obvious that the Bubba and Boohoo Clinton are political pimps?

Politics aside (my screen name is my bona fide), these guys on MSNBC are disgusting trash talkers. Garbage mouths like Ubermann, Spittin' Chris and Shyster are part of the reason that the press is held in such low regard. They need to clean it up, or GE needs to grow some balls and shut down that nest of worms.

He said, “On her next book, she will probably be naked on the cover just to sell her book because that is the kind of women she is.” I wonder if he will get suspended like Shuster was.
