Here we go!
I wonder of we'll hear the Democrats crying "Stolen Election"?

“More than 750,000 nonpartisan voters live in Los Angeles County. If a chunk of these voters were disenfranchised, Alexander said, it could alter the statewide presidential primary results.”
Out of bleakness, a ray of hope.

Did registered democrats have to blacken teh special bubble too? I think they must have unless there is a special crossover ballot.
If so, then what’s the problem?
If you get a ballot, and the bubble is not filled, how do you know it was a crossover ballot?
And the republican ballot has no such thing.

Dean Logan?
Wasn’t Dean Logan involved in the mess here in King County in WA in 2004?

So presumably the indys who voted in the Dem primary would have leaned strongly towards Obama?

Fearing a "Florida in Los Angeles County" fiasco over the confusing "double bubble" voter ballot, officials said Tuesday they are concerned a ballot design flaw could prevent hundreds of thousands of nonpartisan votes for president from counting. More than 750,000 nonpartisan voters live in Los Angeles County
And how many of those non-partisan voters are registered non partisan by choice?
Thousands of Republican voters in San Diego and as far north as Los Angeles showed up to vote on Tuesday only to be told that they were registered "Non-Partisan". This meant that they could not vote for the Republican Primary candidates.
-snip
Several people have called in saying they witnessed this happening at polling place they worked at as volunteers. One gentleman stated that he believed at least 20% of the Republicans that showed up to vote were denied a Republican primary form because the roster showed them as "Non-Partisan".
Massive Republican Voter Suppression in Southern Calilfornia!

That’s only if an “R” is the winner. If not, then, anything goes!

What is it about Democrat-dominated election officials that they can’t design a ballot?

All the Nicole Winger’s across the nation have had 2-3 years plus to fix their systems and set reliable operating procedures and over watch of all polls...........
They need to go too JAIL if they consistently screw this up time and time again.

Same issue, yet again as last time. And yet again, it wasn’t fixed, nor special instructions made. And mind that there’s a ballot checker at each station that is supposed to make sure that the ballot is properly marked by passing it through a scanner... If the checker isn’t programmed to check for that bubble, it SHOULD be.
