I too am like you about what you said about not voting for minister huckerbee, Mc Cain etc

The way this election has been run what with independants voting, in Florida where I am more people voting than registered voters for Mc Cain etc etc etc

Does anyone really think that Huckerbee would ever win the presidential election, he would be torn apart, yes I know some religious christians will think that but I mean , well I am speechless

” How is Romney polling in other dark red primary states? In the toilet?

There is a reason!”

So, why don’t you enlighten everyone as to why instead of merely preening in your self-proclaimed wisdom.

I choose Fred and that is who I voted for.

Romney and Rooty never had a chance in a national election running as a Republican.

You’ll just have to deal with that fact.

I have been voting for over 40 years and I have never seen so many voting shenanigans in the Republican Party as in this election.

That's because everyone who's running is a liberal

“Wild and wonderful win for Huckabee Posted February 5, 2008 2 :36 PM”

What a crock of horse spit. On the first ballot Romney was ahead then McCain’s people backed out and supported Huckabee. No question a vote for Huck is a vote for McCain.

I think Huckabee is the only one who has any shot at winning the national election, personally, particularly if the candidate is Hellary.

Neither McCain nor Romney are conservatives in any sense of the word, and McCain seems dangerously unstable (and old), while Romney comes across as the basic bland, arrogant RINO that he is. The only thing that would probably give either of them a chance is if the Dem candidate is the truly scary Obama. Then I think people will be voting for anything just to avoid having to adopt sharia within a year or two.

It may have been wild, but there is nothing wonderful about McSwine’s alter-ego winning. The whole country looses.

“Good luck with your prize candidate.

And, who might my “prize candidate” be? Did you assume it was McCaniac? If you did, you assumed wrong.

I don’t vote for liberals of any stripe. As of now, there are no conservatives running. If a conservative gets in, he/she has my support.

How is Romney polling in the southern primary states?

Those will be a direct vote and will likely match WV.

True this is a real life reality show, alliances are made by those currently loosing to block the person or team ahead from winning. At the end the price in the game is won by the stronger of the two loosers.
In this case the game is far from done, the winner is once again challenged by someone from a different team, with an arsenal of mud and dirt, unlike that flung by their own team.
I hope Rommey will be the 2008 Ross Perot.

McCain has been fighting conservatives since his loss in 2000 , why? Well because he blames conservatives for his loss.

All Huckerbee did was help McCain destroy thisn party

still you get what you vote for and voting for open borders and tax increasers is what we will get along with all the other liberal votes/views which have been infecting our party

“My guess is Brigham Young U took the last couple of weeks off to spam the internet as much as possible.”

My guess is you are right. There’s been a lot of new fliparoos sign-up on FR the past few weeks. It’s not rocket science figuring out where they’re coming from.

Romney looks pretty good to me right now!

"Why can’t Mitt gives his delegates to Huckabee"

Because Huck is a piece of excrement, just like McSwine.

You would do to Mccain what Mccain did the Rommie in WV.
Reduce amount of delegates.

"Given the huge drop in support for McCain on the 2nd ballot, it seems the large switch to Huckabee was not neccessarily based on a “stalking horse” theory."

Nonsense!

It absolutely proves that there was collusion by McSwine and Huckaswine.
