FNS

Watching Clinton’s eyes, she would make Lady McBeth cringe in fear. They are cold and calculating.

How 'bout McPain's Mom saying, "He's not Conservative!" and what should Conservatives do, if your son wins the nomination? "(she holds her nose) Hold their noses, and vote!"

McCain...you say Boston Newspapers know Romney best...well, YOUR MOM should know YOU better than that!....she does...and it will make a GREAT commercial AGAINST YOU!

ROMNEY!

Just a heads up because the MSM WILL NOT MENTION THIS.

FL, the major electoral state, will have a constitutional protect marriage amendment on the ballot in november.

the MSM tried to conceal the story by burrying it with a failed amendment proposal.

The MSM template is to never mention marriage amendments.

Well, well, well. FNS spent considerable time sounding concillatory to Mitt Romney, saying poor Mitt, what a great candidate he was [still dismissing him this year] like they didn't have a lot to do with it with their very favorable treatment of all things McCain.

Case in point: On today's program, in similar fashion to how Fox News referenced Mitt winning in Wyoming, Michigan and Nevada they never once mentioned that Mitt Romney is crushing the annointed McCain in the Maine caucus that concludes today. Oh, how about their poll that has McCain up by 26 points nationally, that is a total sham, their own people call it an "outrider", well they are right about that, it looks to be as far off as a poll can be and is but another attempt to tilt the public toward McCain.

They are not fooling me: The FNS roundtable, even Wallace and Krystal, were very complimentary of Romney in every way. Smart, intelligent, tall, conservative, commanding speaker, good looking, ran a good campaign, well funded....they say all these things now after they deem McCain to have the nomination sewed up. I mean the departure from the previous weeks was astounding, on those shows it was very non-stop praise for McCain.

Like I said, they ain't fooling me. They are as still as biased for McCain as ever, but they are now, like the officials in a game where all the penalties are called one way, trying to change how things are perceieved at the end of the contest. Sorry, Fox News I don't buy it. The time is long past to appear, to be, fair and balanced.

I am still looking for a Mitt rally. He won big in Maine where McCain, according to Fox News, was supposed to wipe the floor with Romney. Mitt has pulled ahead in California. The announcement of the McCain coronation just may have been a bit premature.

So the annointing of McCain prior to his forth comming Media directed slaughter by Clinton Inc has commenced.

Does anyone who has watch John McCain over the last 8 years really think he is going to fight with his good friends John Kerry, Ted Kennedy and Russ Feingold over the war?

Ever heard of John McCain’s Baker Commission? Plan to close Gitmo? Plan to extend US Constitutional protections to Terrorists?

Over Judge Appointments? Ever heard of John McCain’s Gang for 14?

What has McCain ever done about Fed Spending but talk a good game?

Yet we have seen McCain fight tooth and nail for disastrous Anti Conservative legislation. McCain-Finegold, McCain-Kennedy and McCain-
Leiberman

So basically what the so called “Conservative” pundits are itelling us is ignore the McCain record, ignore his habit of twisting in the wind with every new political breeze and trust that the John McCain of the early 1990s will suddenly emerge to replace the John McCain of the last 10 years once he wins the WH.

Conservatives absolutely must stop McCain even if it means enduring a Clinton 2 Administration.

At least with a Leftist Administration the GOP Establishment would finally realize they must actually advance our agenda rather then be Democrat Lite if they want our votes. Right now they hold Conservatives in contempt. They think “We can do anything we want and the sheep will show up and vote for us”.

At some point, Conservative are either going to have to make a stand or quit being Conservatives. The time is now. The way to stop it is to make sure McCain is never elected President.

This is what the Party Uber Alles types have got to learn. At some point Conservatives are going to make a stand. We have to teach the Republican Establishment that there are lines they cannot cross. John McCain is that line.

Politically Hillary and McCain are virtually the same. They may have minor difference on this issue or that but ideologically they have the same authoritraian big Govt mindset.

In 2000 Conservatives were so desperate to control the Congress and the Presidency we grit our teeth and accepted Bush had to move Left. So since we were still getting about 70% of what we wanted we made peace with it.

Now, with McCain, the GOP Establishment are telling us “Hey if we want to win we got to more 35% father Left”. If Conservatives accept that, then in 2010, they will tell us “Hey we got to move 15% father Left to win” and the same in 2012-2014 etc etc etc forever.

The Party Uber Alles types have got to be taught a lesson. The lesson is that we actually want our political agenda advanced. We are not willing to become Democrat Lite just to keep THEM in office. The time for that stand is now. The person who best represents this leftward drift in the GOP is McCain. He must be defeated either in the primary or in the General Election

I actually enjoyed MTP today.

Mary was the voice of reason and held her own.

James is licking his chops at the prospect of a McCain nomination.

Did anyone here Timmy when he said something about conservatives favoring torture?

He got drowned out.

Also - I thought the poll numbers he used were lame.

Thanks for the thread as usual AB!

Afternoon I hate to have missed so much of this thread but we went o K.W. last night and are just getting home.

I'm now formatting a plan to deal with the Pubbie RINO's in FLA, from Crispy Crist on down, who have created this debacle. IMHO they need to be sent a message in no uncertain terms.
