Hmmm. Maine went for McCain back in 2000. This would be a nice trend for Mitt.

Mc took Washington Co 46% to 35% for Rom, but thats just 113 votes total. Caucus was a sleeper and not binding.

If Mitt wins Maine I can guarantee a Faux News Gap.

Fred Barnes, “it doesn’t count.”

Mort, “Can’t be important, not what the polls predicted.”

Wallace, “What Maine?”

Fairly ironic that the land of the eastern rino is going for Mitt and not the western rino. I’ll take it, though!

Wow at least this state isn’t buying into the media/McCain scam. If Romney holds his own this Tuesday and wins three or four states along with a good chunk of delegates out of California then he’s not out of it by a longshot.

Arkansas Ping!

Looks like the true Republicans are being ignored by the leftist media and the RINOs on FoxNews just like Wyoming! Looks like Maine's 21 delegates will go to Romney!

True but with 3% of the vote in this isn’t an exact science.

It would be nice if McCain were to get his butt kicked up ther after all the talk of Romney losing near his home base.

WHERE IS THE NEWS OUTLETS?

with all the agonizing about “the race” and the reporting of McCain has it in the bag, you you think this would be reported on such a slow news day.

Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, had 59% of the vote with 3% of the towns holding caucuses reporting. Ron Paul trailed with 19%, John McCain had 18%, and Mike Huckabee and undecided votes each had about 2%.

Where Goober gets no traction, McCain loses big.

Three out of four remaining R candidates are Drive-By approved. FOX goes with Paul from the approved list, to promote in Maine..

If it’s a Romney win, it will be another state Fox News says we must ignore.

Are you people even serious? Sometimes I feel like I’m in twilight zone on this board recently...

Mitt Romney is getting Cheers... The guy that morped his pro choice position to pander to the base... is being vaulted...

The man that raised taxes as Governor many times but explains them away as fines, fees, levies... getting lauded on Freerepublic..

The man that never had to stake a position on illegal immigration before the Conservatives made Amnesty a four letter word.... Getting cheered like he was Duncan Hunter...

and in the begining days of the surge when Mitt had no comment about it and McCain basically said I’d rather win a war then a presidency...Romney gets a thumbs up on FR as a great foregin policy maker? When Romney does say as to timetables... “ I think its something that we could negotiate secretly with the Iraq leaders”.... and gets a pass from Sean and Rush regarding that defeatist mentality ...

WOW let me check again and make sure I didn’t wander over to DU by mistake....
