I don't believe that Huckabroke can do much more than give McCamnesty the nomination. HOPING that Huck will cause a brokered convention then HOPING that the brokered convention will give us a conservative candidate and then HOPING that the brokered convention will not tear the party apart before E-day is hoping for a little too much:

I've already made my remarks about Huckabee on this thread, but it is interesting to consider what effect a brokered GOP convention would have on the election.

It would drive the Democrats crazy for several months, because they wouldn't know which target to aim their attacks at, while we're hurling everything we've got at their chosen candidate. (But more likely, we'd be spending most of our time infighting.)
