It is not over yet. It may be over soon. But it is not over yet.

I am all for a rough-and-tumble, animating contest. There will be plenty of time to lick wounds between the early completion of the primary process and the Convention.

I am not ready to accept John McCain. He is far, far down on The List

Thompson
Hunter
Tancredo
Romney
Giuliani
McCain
Huckabee
Paul

And George says to Fred. Thanks Fred we couldn't have done it without your help. McCain is Bush’s chosen one for all dirty deeds done dity cheap he did for Bush. Who in the party dare say a Bush is wrong? I’m voting third party for a third time in a row for POTUS race. The GOP can wither us and suffer it’s deserved Whig fate.

Last night I officially decided that if McCain wins I don’t vote, I’m not voting in local or federal elections, let the Democrats win and let’s get on with the nightmare, frankly, there is no party for me, game over. I mean it, if McCain wins then a Democrat wins for sure, what an idiot that guy is really, who does he think is for him?

If John McCain is the nominee, I won't vote for him. He was my Senator and I resolved over a decade ago to never vote for him for any office. I'm not going to vote for him for President, no matter what. And if the Republican Party is stupid enough to nominate him, then I'm no longer a Republican. I will quit the party as it will no longer be my party.

If you read the foxnews exit poll it will tell you a WHOLE LOT about how things went down there.

Basically it came down to a case against illegal immigration with McCain winning that one... the latino vote when overwhelmingly for McCain...as did liberal indepents.

That should tell you a lot right there...

People who accuse Romney of being a 'liberal' cannot do so based on what happened in Florida.

I’m not convinced McCain has this wrapped up. McCain won overwhelmingly among older voters. No state has as many elderly voters as Florida. I think this was actually his best state to run in, besides New Hampshire and Arizona.

I think a brokered convention is still a big possibility.

Yes, and he can take VP nominee Huckabee along with him.

I will not vote for John McCain for President under any circumstances.

Period.

Oh c’mon, it ain’t over til the fat lady sings, and I don’t see her anywhere in sight. Let’s have a POSITIVE attitude instead of acting like the FRedheads, doom and gloom, whoa is me, Romney needs our support now MORE THAN EVER, get out there and support Mitt, refute the BS that mclame is spewing, HELP OUR CANDIDATE instead of having a defeatist attitude.

"So it is over. Finished. In November, we'll be sending out our most liberal, least trustworthy candidate vs. to take on Hillary Clinton—perhaps not more liberal than Barack Obama, but certainly far less trustworthy. And the worst part for the Right is that McCain will have won the nomination while ignoring, insulting and, as of this weekend, shamelessly lying about conservatives and conservatism.

You think he supported amnesty six months ago? You think he was squishy on tax cuts and judicial nominees before? Wait until he has the power to anger every conservative in America, and feel good about it."

It will be impossible to do anything other than vote for the man, and indeed extremely difficult to do that.

The Huckster is in it just to be a spoiler, more than willing to help one of the biggest betrayers to Republicans and Conservatives ever. I'd like to tell him where to go as well.

Huckabee will stay in and deny Romney a one-on-one contest for GOP voters that Captain Amnesty would almost certainly lose.

Huckabee needs to get his ass OUT and stop muddying the waters at this crucial time.

He has ZERO chance of winning the nomination, therefore he has ZERO reasons to stay in.

Get out, Huckabee. Now.

I won’t vote for McCain.

Personally, I’ve always liked the guy. He’s a feisty pirate that tells good jokes. I worked for people like him in the Army. They inspired loyalty and enthusiasm in their people, but in the end were only about themselves. This man is a disaster as a Presidential candidate on so many levels. Yes, I would rather see Hillary or Obama get it than McCain.

I won’t vote for McCain.

If McCain is the Pub nominee, then I will seriously consider supporting OBAMA!

Why:

If he wins, McCain will take the Pubs further left & the RINOs will control the party for decades - conservatives be damned. It will just be another party of big spending, big gov’t & open borders - oops, it already is.

If McCain loses, the party will have to reorganize, & hopefully move back to the right, as it did after Bill Clinton was elected in ‘92. Remember “Contract with America” in ‘94.

If Billary wins, we will have the most corrupt, authoritarian, & socialist gov’t ever. Nothing could be worse for the country, & we will probably never recover.

But if she loses, the Billary machine will be history, & the Rats will have to reorganize, as well.

So, given nothing but real bad choices, I will support the WEAKEST of the three - Obama, knowing that he will be a relatively benign & weak president, & easily beaten by a strong conservative opponent in 2012. Obama can easily be manipulated & stymied by a reorganized & reinvigorated Pub Party, & his legislative proposals will be laughed at. Jimmy Carter was just such a president. Reagan beat the crap out of Carter in ‘80.

The worst thing that could happen to America is a Billary Presidency in ‘08 & ‘12. McCain will hand it to Hillary, much as Bob Dole did in ‘96, or take us much down the same path if he wins. Obama will the the least destructive of the 3, & far less likely to win in ‘12 than the other two.

“Huckabee will stay in and deny Romney a one-on-one contest for GOP voters that Captain Amnesty would almost certainly lose.”

It hit me last night, Huckabee, delusional that he is, thinks he is doing God’s work by denying Mitt a chance at the nomination. Huckabee should be ashamed. I don’t know where some people think it is their duty as a Christian to be judge and jury. I always knew there would be a price to pay one day for this kind of bigotry within the Christian Community. I think that the price will be a Hillary Presidency. Yep, Huck’s doing God’s work alright, I hope he is real proud of himself. Huck is a Christian in Name Only.

It will be cold day in hell before I vote for Mr. Napolean syndrome. This midget is nothing more than an egotistical ahole who could care less about America, the constitution or our freedoms. No more “bush stab thy conservative in the back’ years. I would rather know my enemy than have someone who says one thing and does the exact opposite behind my back. The elderly, the inept and the leftists got who they wanted for the GOP, now they can have Obama as their president. Good riddens with the GOP if McCain is the nominee.

One of the first things McKeating will do as President is shut down the "talk-radio loophole" to McKeating-Feingold.
