It's All Over

Assuming there is no shocking revelation or health issue, the GOP nomination is over. Conservatives need to start practicing the phrase "Nominee presumptive John McCa....."

Sorry, I can't say it. Not yet.

But it's true. When the campaign comes here to Massachusetts on February 5th, I'll proudly cast my vote for any option on the GOP ballot other than You-Know-Who. But it will be a futile gesture. Mr. "1/3rd Of The GOP Primary Vote" is going to be the nominee.

He's going to win the big, left-leaning states on Tuesday. Huckabee will stay in and deny Romney a one-on-one contest for GOP voters that Captain Amnesty would almost certainly lose. The result: More wins for He Who Must Not Be Named, and fewer wins for Romney—regardless of delegate count. Florida has launched the one ship that Romney's money and Rush Limbaugh cannot stop: The U.S.S. Inevitable. It's gonna happen. Even if there were a realistic pathway to stop him, the media have seized control of the process now and are declaring him inevitable. He is, after all, the favorite son of the New York Times.

So it is over. Finished. In November, we'll be sending out our most liberal, least trustworthy candidate vs. to take on Hillary Clinton—perhaps not more liberal than Barack Obama, but certainly far less trustworthy. And the worst part for the Right is that McCain will have won the nomination while ignoring, insulting and, as of this weekend, shamelessly lying about conservatives and conservatism.

You think he supported amnesty six months ago? You think he was squishy on tax cuts and judicial nominees before? Wait until he has the power to anger every conservative in America, and feel good about it.

Every day, he dreams of a world filled with happy Democrats and insulted Republicans.

Only a few states are winner-take-all. In most states, delegates are awarded by Congressional district. California is not one race. California is 53 different district races. If John McCain's support is concentrated in a few districts, he will lose most of the California delegates. The same is true of Illinois and most of the southern states. Originally, Florida was going to award delegates this way, and if Florida had awarded delegates by district, Mitt Romney would have scored nearly as many delegates as McCain did. Undoubtedly, Mr. Romney needs to win many districts, but his winning districts is not an unreasonable hope.

VEGASBABY WROTE: "I think the biggest way to hurt the leadership is in the pocketbook. If contributions drop off, they might finally get the picture. I, for one, am going to tell the RNC the next time they call me for a contribution that until they pull their heads out from the huge behind where they currently are embedded, they won’t get another cent from me."

DON'T WAIT UNTIL THEY CALL YOU---CALL THEM!!!

I called the RNC and all three of McLame's local offices and his D.C. office tonight after the results and left a message. McLame makes me want to VOMIT!!!!! I strongly suggested that he BE HONEST and join the RAT primary since he is a RINO and DIRC (DemocRAT in Republican Clothing).

The RNC's number is:
(202) 863-8500

McLame's numbers are:
Phoenix: (602) 952-2410
Tempe: (480) 897-6289
Tucson: (520) 670-6334

MARK MY WORDS:

If McLame ends up with the Republican nomination, Hitlery will make a deal with Obama to "let" him be the RAT Presidential nominee on the condition that she be the VP nominee. The Obama/Hitlery ticket would win because Hitlery would NOT be at the top of the ticket and the Conservatives: (1) would have NOTHING to vote FOR and (2) would NOT have Hitlery to vote directly against.

Obama/Hitlery would become Pres/VP.

Hitlery would make sure Obama suddenly commits "Arkancide" and Hitlery would IMMEDIATELY become President---WITHOUT being elected---and be the FIRST person to be able to serve for nearly TWELVE YEARS since FDR!!!

It makes me sick just thinking about the possibility of "President Hitlery"---all because of that arrogant, selfish, STUPID, McLame thinks he ended up on top in Florida because of the REPUBLICANs voting for him (instead of the RATS CROSSING OVER), and that he could get elected if he were the Republican nominee.

What kind of KoolAid is he drinking?????

ah so they are not proportional but still based on district. Let’s see what Romney can do but oh boy... he’s the one who could’ve benefited from a Rudy endorsement the most

E-MAT WROTE: "RECOUNT!" and "Have the Independents been tainting our ballots boxes?"

It sure seems like that would be considered VOTER FRAUD since Independents were NOT supposed to be voting in the REPUBLICAN Primary!!!

Practice saying, “President Obama.”

That’s what we’ll get with McCain as the GOP nominee.

North Carolina doesn’t have its primary until May 5th and it may still be delayed due to legal challenges to our congressional districts... again.

Our votes here probably won’t matter one whit in the primary.

A_TRADITION_CONTINUES RESPONDED: "Dude!!!! Loosen your tin-foil hat!"

Sorry, but with as many FOBs, FOHs and former business partners of the two of them, who have turned up dead by "Arkancide" or other extremely suspect circumstances, I would not put it past Hitlery at all.

Hitlery will do WHATEVER it takes to become President! As I recall, it was something like 53 dead FOBs as of the time Ron Brown and Vince Foster were murdered.

How many friends and/or business partners do YOU have that have committed suicide or died by extremely suspect circumstances? I would suspect, not many.

Under your scenario, Hillary could not run for two terms in her own right unless Obama lived through more than half of his term before commmiting Arkancide.

I assure you Klinton is holding off on her big guns against Obama. My bet is that she has a sex scandal ,something like that on Obama. The Klintons will do anything short of assignation to beat out Obama.

"After Super Tuesday, I will be registering as an independent."

BRAVO!
I will be doing the same!
I wish I had a ping list. ;o)

If you start a ping list on that subject, you can put me on it.
