Now that the Sunshine has set, two old friends come to an understanding.
McCain topper Rick Davis quietly negotiated the agreement.
HALPERINS TAKE: 10 things Giuliani could have done differently.
Giuliani, in Florida concession speech, talked about his effort in the past tense, but said nothing explicit about dropping out or The Deal.

“I do believe McCain will probably beat Hitlery fairly easily.”
I don’t think so when the MSM gets through with him! I have to have hope that Mitt Romney will be the nominee in the end. He needs to shine in the debate tomorrow night and get some more good endorsements. I will keep hoping that at least Fred endorses Mitt if he endorses anyone!

I dont trust John McCain with nuclear weapons. As long as nobody steals his strawberries, the world will be safe.

If we're actually to have a two party system, then viva la difference, right? Like Rush says, the Repubs actually get way too comfortable being minor league to the major league Dems! Sickeningly true!!!
I don't want America "united!" I want the damned left defeated!!! The Republican Party "leadership" seems to think that's way too radical... "Phhhhhhhht!" is right!!!

These spots are generally filled by no-name schlumps like Not-So-Speedy Gonzalez or the current AG (can't even remember his name).....and Tom Ridge and Smirnoff Chirnoff. Current AG is Giuliani's longtime buddy, Michael Mukasey, the guy stomping on the RKBA.

I’m not jazzed about Romney or McCain, but we have to keep Hillary and Obama out of the White House. That’s all.

Umm, I get that. I was just kiddin’. Not in the mood I suppose.

Ronald Reagan will be spinning in his grave at the spectacle of these two clowns appearing at his presidential library.
Its sad, how far his party, and country have fallen in just a few years time.

I will back no matter who our nommanie is... they are 1000% better then Hillary in the Whitehouse. I dont let 1 or 2 issues get in the way because Hillary has 1000 issues I disagree with... I no vote = a vote for Hillary. As I posted in another post. Hillary will rally our base, not Mccain and he would smoke her in the general election.A rare voice of reason among the multitude of hysterians... you're spot on, friend!

California is a good place for McCain. He should win a nice little election there and stay.

LOL! You got that right. I’m sitting in my recliner biting on nails. My level of disgust knows no boundaries. My humor level is miniscule, as you have recently found out, and frankly, I feel like throwing rocks at my TV set right now. I better turn it off before I do. One talking head too many. Ok, time for a cup of tea to settle my political indigestion.

McCain, or Hillary. Is there a difference?
McCain is Hillary in drag.
To: Clintonfatigued
But its very unlikely that we will see a McCain/Giuliani ticket, given that conservatives are uneasy with McCain as it is.
It will be like 2006, but on a much larger scale. McCain will drag down the other Republicans running for congress as well. The base will stay home or vote elsewhere, like many did in '06.

Even Rush will tone it down...
I doubt it. A RINO in the WH is bad for all the Republicans in congress. (Look at the amnesty shoved down our throats repeatedly - with a Republican-controlled Congress and WH!) However, a Dem in the WH will be opposed by the Republicans, limiting the damage.
