Bush to commit $US2bn to climate change

THE US will commit $US2 billion ($2.27 billion) over the next three years for a new international fund to promote clean energy technologies and fight climate change, President George W. Bush will tell Congress today in his annual State of the Union speech.

I mean, WHAT THE F*CK DOES THAT EVEN MEAN??? I presume that will go to pay for $2 billion worth of ice cubes to be shot at the sun, to cool it down, to reduce Global WarmingTM. That, or maybe it's buying a gigantic umbrella to shade the earth when we're getting too toasty.

Isn't 2 billion about the same total they spend on ice at their back-slapping parties, laughing at us taxpayers for picking up the tab?
Not one penny should be spent on junk science.
These people are going to be very embarrassed when time proves them wrong. It's already happening, but the MSM continues to keep a lid on it....for now.

OK, let's suppose for a minute that the Earth HAS a climate. That's probably false (it has many climates), but, let's just suppose.
What is the most consistent feature over time of what these morons refer to as "climate"?

How can you "fight" an essential component of the physical world?
