Bill Clinton: Obama Is Just Like Jesse Jackson (On Drudge)

Said Bill Clinton today in Columbia, SC: "Jesse Jackson won South Carolina in '84 and '88. Jackson ran a good campaign. And Obama ran a good campaign here."

This was in response to a question about Obama saying it "took two people to beat him." Jackson had not been mentioned.

Boy, I can't understand why anyone would think the Clintons are running a race-baiting campaign to paint Obama as "the black candidate."

He’s doing her dirty work. And what is most important, everyone is focusing on the traitor who gave missile-guidance technology to the ChiComs rather than on asking Mrs. BJC the questions that inevitably make her contradict herself.

I think the Clinton war machine saw what happened after the licenses-for-illegals debacle and determined that they needed to put the impeached president out there to run interference until she secures the nomination. Once she does, the MSM will avoid any questions that could trip her up.

Slick Willy is nothing more than a red herring. And guess what. He’s succeeding. Whether or not their blatant tactics and attacks will infuriate enough of the Dem base and nauseate them with the memory of all they had to defend in the 90s that they lose the nomination remains to be seen.

What's truly sickening to me, though, is that I thought at least when he left the WH he could no longer urinate all over the reputation of the Presidency. But this game he's playing -- as an ex-President -- continues to drag that office through the sewer. And he's doing it all for his own lust for power and visibility and to add to his legacy (first male first lady or something), privy to all the top secrets and intrigue and serving a de facto third term. But never underestimate their machine.

I had always heard it as..."may the fleas of a thousand camels infest your genitals".

But I won't quible over the fine points when it come to the Clintons.

And on my monitor it looks like that pointy finger has a band-aid. Makes you wonder. Or, just invites more silliness :)

Well he was the first Black President. Could he be getting the same skin disease as Michael Jackson?

Bill can't apparently handle the fact that his wife got TROUNCED in South Carolina by a black man. After all, she's the world's smartest woman, isn't she?

"I dunno whas wrong with these people here in this heah state, " says Bill the Mouth-Breather.

because with the temper tantrums and the grossly inappropriate public comments it looks as if some kind of senility is advancing upon him at an early age.

There’s something wrong with the man. Seriously.

I posted the same thing the other nite and I agree. Seriously, something is going on with his brain.

You don’t have to be black to vote AGAINST Hillary.... but maybe in this case, it helps?!

She will choose Richardson - if she gets the nomination.

The way Rush Limbaugh figures it...... it's a Lose-Lose situation for Hillary.

Hillary couldn't name either a black man (Obama) or Richardson (Hispanic) as a running mate for fear of P.O.'ing either constituency. In other words, she'll P.O. the blacks if their guy who has gotten all these votes in the primary isn't named and Richardson is, and she'll P.O. the hispanics who have been working hard to Get Out the (primary) Vote if she names a black as running mate.

Being president burns your mind out IMHO.

If you try and be a micro manager it does it faster. Bubba was micro.

Good point, but I think there's something else going on physically.

When she offers Obama the VP spot, it will be hailed as the greatest re-unification the world has seen East and West Germany.

I'm not quite that... optimistic?

I expect that if Her Heinous gets the party coronation, the Veep selection will be none other than one Billy-Jeff Willard-Rodham Clinton.

What, you say? The Constitution says that a Veep has to be someone who's qualified to be president?

No problemo. Slick will just fold his arms, jut his chin (folks are always a sucker for that classic "Il Duce" pose), wag his finger, and say, "I am qualified to be president. I proved that to y'all twice now, 'member?"

But wait, you say -- that would be [*gasp*] illegal?

Oh, dear... we can't even dream of a Clinton doing something illegal, now can we.

LOL!

Yeah, I can see him doing it. And, yeah, I can see the buck-passing lilly-livered "Grand" Old Party hacks smiling out one side of the snout, while assuring us -- out the other side -- that if there's really a Constitutional conflict, then surely the Supreme Court would take care of it, and it's certainly NOT their job to stand in the way of "The Will of The People" and the "democratic process."

Besides, isn't that what happened with "Campaign Finance Reform"? As I recall, the man at the top acknowledged that it was unconstitutional -- as he signed it into law -- and passed the buck to the Supreme Court, telling us that they would take care of it.

Uh huh.

And then there was the "Clinton Impeachment" -- remember that exercize in accountability?

Face it -- when a political power-meister is truly above the law, only a silly naive person would think that the law would stand in the way of his ambitions.

I seem to recall that shortly after Clinton took power for his first term, he immediately assigned a task force with the goal of finding out an end run on that pesky "two-terms" limitation.

Sure looks to me like they found it.

Of course, slickness is as slickness does -- so, I wouldn't put it past 'em to indeed run B. Hussein O. as Veep -- and then, graciously "accept" his resignation shortly after they get back in the saddle (an offer I fear he might be only too glad to submit, should his name be found among those infamous "900 FBI files").

From there, it would be child's play for Lady Rodham to appoint Willard to the V.P.'s job -- issuing a handy dandy "Emergency E.O." if that's what it takes to silence the troublemakers who'd try to say nasty things about the plan.

You know -- "Stroke of the pen, law of the land. Kinda cool!"

We now return you to your originally scheduled nightmare...

(A nightmare made complete by the current "G"OP offerings, the "moral equivalent" of the cosmically loser-destined Dole "token candidacy.")

I see people chuckling over how the dems are attacking themselves and how this would be good for the republicans -- and I think to myself, oh, yeah... now, if only we had a candidate to go up against them. As long as The Stupid Party refuses to break character, and gives us a choice of Captain Queeg or the hero of the Mitterites, well, gag me with an old copy of "Groundhog Day."

Isn’t Bill running for a third term?!...........

No, "The Clintons" are running for a third term (with visions of a fourth term dancing in their loins).

Remember -- sear it into your consiousness, to coin a phrase -- the angry, ice-witch rendition of, "We are The President!"

There’s something wrong with the man. Seriously

His full-blown character disorder is decaying into simple nasty hostility and bitterness. The legendary charm is gone. It's all a form of tertiary burnout.

I agree. but I also think those two would do ANYTHING to get back in the White House. So I wouldnt rule out obama as V.P.

Only to suffer some unfortunate accident post election.

I doubt they'd need to resort to anything that brutal. I suspect Barry Obama would gladly tender his resignation if made the right offer before the chads have even cooled off.

I was listening to the TV from another room and and could hear her rolling out her southern twang again.

So I wasn't the only one who thought that! It was the second thing I noticed, though...the first thing I noticed was that her voice had consistently dropped an octave. She sounded like a man, or one of those...well, think former View host.

Creepy. Transparent and shamelessly opportunistic, too, but mostly creepy.

Apparently Bill wants to be remembered as the only black president.

And I don’t see Obama accepting the VP from anyone, especially from HillBilly. Unlike her/them, naive Obama does have integrity and a Clinton VP slot would be the end of everything he claims to stand for.

Richardson is the likely VP prospect. His bumper sticker says “Ask me about VP.” He’s one of the last people left who still likes the Clintons, and he may be the only one who could tolerate being third banana to the co-presidency.
