McCain is no fresh IDEA! And no Hero just because he was a POW ... to bad he exploits that!

“The only POW ever to gain weight in captivity...”

I don’t know if this is true or not, but I remember there was some discussion a few years ago of McCain’s years as a POW, and they didn’t sound very positive for McCain. Many of his fellow POWs seem to resent him considerably.

I think this came up in the last election, so maybe searching for posts on this for the last election will bring up something.

What is this a joke? They knocked the two conservative candidates out of the race. Yeah, right. They want change; only for the worse.

I am hearing several liberals black saying there isn’t much on their side either. They don’t like Hillary or Obama.

I got your fresh idea right here:

STOP being a bunch of meeley-mouthed, tax-raising, terrorist-coddling, illegals-coddling, treason-abetting, pro-abortion, pro-gay “compassionate” RINOs and go back to being the Party of Reagan again.

If your friends don’t like their choices on the Dems side, then they aren’t liberals. This election is a liberal’s dream.

I recommend that you read the article and not only the headline. The headline is designed to be ironic. When you read the article, it’s fairly basic, you will understand the irony. Thanks!

Republicans need a heart transplant. Demcrats, well, Democrats need to pretty much do what George Costanza did — do the opposite of everything they want to do.

I’ve pretty much decided that if McCain gets the nod, I’m going to write in Ron Paul in the general election.

My logic is explained here:

There’s nothing “fresh” about amnesty. We did it once already, with disastrous results.

Really! Change all the candidates and come back to conservatism.

If there are questions about McNut’s POW years, they should be addressed now. If we don’t , Clinton Inc. will!

McCain is one of the worst Republicans we have ever sent to the senate.

Just think about it ... how many other ex-POW’s have you ever heard anything about? It just seems to me that all the others have taken the high road, as many real HEROS do. True heros did their job and I am sure they wish they could have done more. But no one knows who they are because they are real heros!

Nobody knows for sure how McCain was treated and how he behaved while he was a POW. There have certainly been accusations and suspicions, but I haven’t yet seen anything that absolutely clinches the matter.

But it’s certainly true that McCain used his POW status to get himself named head of the POW/MIA committee, and then abused that position to sell out the POW/MIAs. Basically, he let them rot and die to further his own career.
