Brokaw: My Most Conservative Friend Might Vote for Hillary
NewsBusters ^ | Mark Finkelstein

Tom Brokaw says his most conservative friend has told him he might vote for Hillary Clinton. I for one believe the former NBC News anchor. Hillary supporters might indeed constitute the rightward fringe of his friend set.

The revelation occured on today's Morning Joe.

His most conservative friend is as conservative as Cindy Sheehan.

At least Tom didn’t say my Republican friend will vote for her. No real Republican will ever vote for Hillaryhips. I think Tom’s most conservative friend is Katie Couric.

The MSM wants all conservatives in death camps.

I don’t know a single conservative (or RINO republican, for that matter) that would vote for her. Not one. There may be some women, who say they wouldn’t, but secretly would...for the gender and all...but I doubt it would be many.

If Hillary is the nominee, she could win...but it will be awfully close.

Tom Brokaw talking about “his most Conservative friend” is like Sean Penn talking about his smartest, most well-educated friend.

Look “closelier”.

He said his “most” conservative friend.

Yeah, all the other friends are avowed Marxists/Stalinists, and this one just happens to be just “highly liberal”.

Tom Brokaw was probably referring to his friend, John McCain.

I saw that and I hate to tell you guys that I have heard the same thing from some people who have never voted for a Democrat. They are just disgusted with the Republican field and I hear the words “the Devil I know is better then the Devil I don’t know”. Sad situation. (By the way, these same people say they would never ever consider voting for Obama)
